Every time I come they make me wait in the parking spaces and never bring me the food. I have to go in and get it. Terrible drive-thru. And they make everyone do this. Like 20 cars had to do the same I. The 15 minutes I was there.

Today is December 11-2025 MCDONALD'S WHY DO I ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION???!!! this morning a kinda old Hispanic lady (because she wasn't young) with glasses was at the register I walked up and said good morning..no response. I then started placing my order and she got real short and nasty with me like I made her come into work this morning 😔 she kept having an attitude to the point that I had to call the manager over to take my order instead of her she kept talking to the manager in Spanish mind you the whole staff is Hispanic thinking that I didn't speak the language and I told her that I understand what you're saying and all you had to do was take my order without attitude just do what you're getting paid for YOU APPLIED TO WORK HERE!!! I could tell that there wasn't going to be any repercussions for her actions just by how the manager handled the situation kinda like brushing me off. This location doesn't know how to hire or teach their employees about customer care thats very evident

William gave me exceptional service when I stopped in for coffee yesterday. He greeted me cheerfully, offered to help me order at a kiosk, and did the same for others while I waited for my order. He really impressed me as I can’t remember ever receiving that level of service at a McDonald’s. Also, my coffee was made exactly how I ordered it.

If you want your food fresh all the time, tell them you want them to cook your food fresh.That means your burger will be fresh off the grille, and your nuggets would be fresh off the fryer.It is way much better like that.Trust me

For some reason they failed to get my order as I asked. Then forgot my drink. Unhappy

Great customer service. My husband did a drive thru order but wanted in store pick up. We were able to get it switched no problem and had updates through out the process. Thank you
Busy location but customer service and food preparation are better than some other McDonald's I've been to in the DMV area.

My experience at this McDonald's was top notch because of one employee: Willie. When I arrived, Willie was mopping the floor, doing his best to keep the place immaculate. After greeting me warmly, he was off running food and ensuring all customers had a pleasant experience. People who take such genuine pride in their job and go that extra mile to do their job well and with a smile are becoming a rarity. Experiencing first hand Willie's positivity and zeal made not only my dining experience but my day as well.
