I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and the burger was like paper and it was burnt. With all the money that is made for your company y'all should be ashamed to not care to do better with the food. I'm very very disappointed! McDonald's had quality food that was worth the buck. I guess the company doesn't care anymore. As long as the money flows huh?

First they don’t usually carry the deals that they advertise on TV and radio. The other day I went there ask for the 2 for deal all the had was the 2 for $4 that they always have, got to the window to pay my $4.23 which they told me it would be in line and they swore that nobody had taken my order so I had to wait even longer. I guess it was the ghost of Ronald McDonald!

At twelve in the morning on Sunday. October 9, 2023. Drive-through. I placed the incorrect order. It was not the spicy chicken sandwich with bacon that I had ordered. The fries had burned. My sandwich had very few toppings and was quite cold. The money was just out of the register when it was opened. I can't bear to go back now. I wasted $21.85 and would advise against going here for late-night dinner.

Please pay attention to your receipt when patronizing this location. I went there today with my daughter around 3:30 I ordered a happy meal. I get to the window and they tell me that my total is $8+. This didn’t make sense. Then they tell me that I donated .83 cents to charity. That’s a lie I didn’t donate anything. Then when they took the donation off the happy meal was $7.17, which still didn’t make sense. I left and went to forest height McDonald’s where the happy meal was $5.61. When I pulled up the app and placed a mobile order ( just to see the price) the happy meal came up to $5.99, so why the hell was it $7.17 at the window???? Somebody is stealing!
This was the cleanest food establishment I have been besides my own kitchen.

Can it be the non color people working and who don’t understand the English language? It’s the lack of training for these people. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle and received a sausage with cheese on it and the egg on bottom with no cheese. Yes, before you ask the cheese makes a difference. I asked for grape jelly and got strawberries. I had to tell the young girl the purple pack??♀️. Asked for salt and got pepper. Paid for medium OJ and received small. It’s outrageous, I can tell no one reads anymore and showing them pictures when training must stop. If they can’t read English put them on clean up crew. Do better McDonalds!
