I figured it out. I wasn't going to say a thing but this is the 5th time it happened. Based on the reviews, there is a serious issue. I think the owner believed that his or her family members would care more about the establishment BUT THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DONT WANT THE FAMILY BUSINESS. They don't, they are good looking, smart, and they have no customer service they act like this is your way of punishing them. Awful ... Good kids awful Dunkin Donuts. This is sad because you took for granted that coffee is addictive, that we love DD, and we have money. That is a problem, because money does provide voice, and that means there could still be a FD but not with this Franchise owner. PLEASE for our sake, just remembered be the kids, keep the current staff, and be more careful, LISTEN AND ASSURE THAT THE ORDERS ARE CORRECT, AND YOU WILL BE FINE. ALSO, THERE IS an phillipino boy or Asian boy who is AMAZING! HE represents your store well. There is an older black man that works in the a.m. his food is never overcooked, you have a black guy who cleans your floors and counter tops. Just assign your family elsewhere and u will be fine. Dad. THEY DONT WANT THE BUSINESS.

As a person of color I am appalled by the looks and standoffish demeanor of the employees due to my appearance. It is not fault they have never seen some or with a weather resistant protective mask that was also pulled down . I was in the area getting something to eat while leaving a work site but now I know where to avoid giving my business . At least they had almond milk

They are a disgrace very trifling never at the register and mone of them speak. It's like 7 people inside all doing the same and none at the register.

Location consistently serves the wrong orders and refuses to fix it. The most recent time I visited, the employee taking my order pointed blame at me from the mix-up with the order. Any other coffee shop would offer to remake the order. This location is such a joke.

Poor Customer service . They are always slow Fill coffee to top and extremely hot almost burned my lips... Dont recommend this place unless you dont have any other options.

I have always passed by, and everyone has been kind to me. The cashier who always comes by on Mondays is very kind, that is very good since one always wants to stop by for coffee, that is worth more than being kind. Congratulations, I recommend a place like that since it is not known.

I left my debit card at drive thru. That’s on me. They said they had it when I came back. Then pretended that they didn’t. 10:30ish on Memorial Day. Give it back and I won’t go to corporate.
