The fish was very fresh, the sushi was executed with good rice to fish ratio, and the prices were very affordable. The torched salmon with a little rice was better than some of the eel rice bowls I've had in Japan.

Wow, I thought I once had the only restaurant on google with all 5 starts and over 50 reviews. I didn’t even realize they had so many till after I ate so, it was a true pleasure and a great surprise. This place is a total gem ?. They belong in a much higher-end kinda place with the execution they provide the customers. Food was delicious and well beyond your normal stripmall sushi. Do yourself a favor and eat here a lot!

We tried this place for the first time after hearing from a friend. It's so close to home! We ordered the combo tempura, takoyaki, and sushi/sashimi combo. The food was excellent and so pretty. There's also a separate drink menu. We had hot sake and korean soju to compliment the meal. I wish I had pictures to share, but we were hungry!

A cozy family-owned sushi restaurant that is so, so good. My husband and I shared their sushi deluxe platter and a few salads. The sushi is top grade and appropriately-priced. The restaurant is clean and the owner and staff are very kind. We will be back!!

The chashu rice bowl was too salty. The meat is soft, but it smells good, so I like it. Cream udon is rich, soft, and delicious. Grilled salmon is so delicious when eaten with rice. The staff are very friendly and the store is quiet and nice. The menu is varied, so I recommend going with several people.

Did carryout and ordered some lunch specials today. There was a small issue with my Nigiri meal, but they took care of it quickly. The food was fresh and the pricing was spot on. Coming from Northern Virginia we weren't able to find a sushi place we liked, but I'm glad we found Oya. We will be coming back to try other menu items.
