Two weeks in a a row I have attempted to patronize this restaurant??? for breakfast. Previous time I arrived at 6:10 am and there was a car waiting in the drive through so I pulled up behind him. Waited 5 minutes and did not even hear any communication between the car and the restaurant employee. I left. Today I pulled in to the exact situation, with the same results. I saw people milling around inside of the dining area so I thought that I would go inside to speed up the process (even though I think that the inside area does not open until 6:30). As I entered the order area I noticed three guys in the dining area, sitting around drinking soda and doing nothing, one of them told me that the "inside was closed". I asked what they were doing in there and he said "we're employees, you have to use the drive through". I told them that the drive through wasn't moving at all and he replied, " there are no employees working". The employees obviously don't care, and now I would be suspicious of the food quality after speaking with them. This issue has only occurred within the past month due to a change in personnel. Used to be an acceptable location, NOT ANYMORE!!
This restaurant (employees sucks) they don’t have a manager that makes them move or even lead them, when someone calls the manager on duty she comes in a mood, employees on the back ground joking around and waisting time, making fun because he saw us waiting forever to put butter on a bun , people waiting on the drive thru more than 20 mins , it’s freaking ridiculous . Ohh and to make it better they did not even have regular coke and Fanta ! We paid for large menus and we got regular and did not offer the money back, plus they screw up the order . Christina Wormley( manager ) and ( Brasilia Urbina) manager assistant please do your work.

Very #inconsistent service. Never know how food or service will be each time, #nervewrecking Tonight, it was old burger meat that had been sitting on the tray for lord knows how long. Please throw the old patties away or make less since no one pays attention to the projected traffic your restaurant will have per hour (With COVID adjustments). It’s really sad to open your bag up to eat and find disappointment before even pulling off the parking lot, (after anticipation and prayer that the food is at least decent). None of the buns were toasted tonight, which is a little thing that makes a big difference in taste and quality. Again, meat patties were soooo old,, two of them had already formed dry crust on the edges (and still, the cook thought it was ok to serve, #Boo, manager not randomly checking the food quality throughout the shift obviously or at least during down time to prepare ahead) One day, it’s broiled to perfection and another it’s like boiled prison patty with not a single broil mark (cause it’s so old from sitting on the tray.) The quality doesn’t not meet brand standards #Tisk #Tisk, more money in my pocket, less for your store, more bad reviews, lesser visits, different BK location or just more visitS to other #brands (so I don’t have to drive further to avoid your location) at least today I got hot fries. At least! I’ve noticed that each time the food is old or missing steps of preparation, it’s coming from the same kitchen “chef” if I could describe him, he is medium height (under 5’10), heavy set (250+- lbs) and either Pacific Islander, South Asian, Dominican Republic or similar. Please be consistent and courteous to your patrons. Don’t make a bunch of food all at once so you can cut down on actually working while at work. Serving old food and expecting us to just eat it, is robbery and murder to the brand quality/standard. Not preparing the food the way the food is supposed to be prepared will make the customers doubt your location. Toast the buns each time, each meal. I don’t want to hope that the right kitchen staffer is working the day and time I pull up to the establishment.

There's a certain threshold people give fast food restaurants when it comes to cleanliness. This location's cleanliness travels beyond that threshold bordering in the realm "dicey" and "problematic."
Coupons should not be allowed in the drivethru.
