Don’t use them as your supplier for vending machines. Food and drink is CONSTANTLY expired and although it’s reported to them, they make no adjustments. Awful service. Do not recommend. You’ll be surprised to find how out of date food items are.

Bay State Vending has a great selection of snacks but is a total rip off at the Arlington VA location. The beverage machine doesn't work and every time me and a colleague insert money our drinks fall to the bottom (inside) of the machine. No refund was given. The snack machine is a total nightmare as well. A dollar was inserted and the bag of chips got stuck. I gently shook the machine but that didn't work...so there goes another $1 down the drain. The machines are rarely stocked. Photos to prove. An extra star given for the delicious Cinnabon bites for sale :D. I will not support this business.
