This was our first time eating here. We were sat right away, staff was friendly, food was quick & pretty yummy. Loved the music, but it didn’t play all the time like I would have liked. I guess my only suggestions for improvement would be: for the server to check on us more to see if we needed anything (drink refill), and for the restrooms to have stools for children to be able to wash their hands. Thanks!

Just went there and made our meal all appetizers with Cream of Crab soup. Great afternoon and as always, service was wonderful.

The food, the service, ambiance and prices were on point.Kids had cheeseburgers and tenders, adults had a burger and the Reuben. Ended with ice cream for the kids and an Oreo shake for my hubby. All delish and will definitely be back. The icing on the cake was our waitress Kylie. Sweet as can be and a very hard worker!!

Love the theme but I honestly think a new menu would go a long way to help bring more business.

First time at Bert's and I gotta say... AMAZING. The place is beautiful inside and out. Definitely refreshing to see a place like this still around. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend as a place for a date night or to take the kids for some great ice cream or shakes!! The food was served hot and fresh. The servers were extremely nice and courteous. The wife and I really enjoyed our time here at Bert's. Lovvvvved it!! Thank you guys and gals!

My family is a 3-generation customer of Bert’s Diner. The service has always been great and the food plentiful and delicious; however, today’s visit has tarnished this history. We typically eat in the dining area where it’s routine for me to ask for a box at the end of the meal. What was different about this time? For the first time ever, we ordered direct from the carry-out counter. When we got home, I was surprised to see less than half the portions I’m accustomed to seeing from Bert’s. I ordered the haddock meal. When we are in the dining area the meal typically includes 2 full slices of haddock taking up nearly half the plate with the remainder of the plate typically overflowing with french fries, partially hiding the hush puppies.Thinking we had ordered the wrong meal, we called them to ask about the portion size difference. The manager said, “we only put 7 pieces of haddock in the carry out meal.” So the two slices of fish in the dining area is limited to 7 pieces cut up like chicken nuggets in the carry-out version, and the overflowing plate of fries becomes 14 at the counter. And the price remains the same… $14.99. When we said if this is what they’re changing things to we would likely not be returning, the manager said ‘ok.’ Like ‘no big deal. Whatever.’In the end, the food was still good and the people were not rude. I’m just very disappointed in the portion-to-cost difference between the dine-in and carry-out versions of the same meal. We will *not* be returning to Bert’s Diner carry-out again.

Cute little diner. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Music was nice, the service was good. Thank you!

Great prices! However what kind of diner doesn't serve breakfast... Also the food is really basic and lacks flavor. But hey they have cheap food prices.

Server forgot about us. Even said she was eating instead of bringing our order to us.The food was good, the service, not so much.

I came in to fix the jukebox. Left with an M&M sundae. Thanks Christa, I hope I spelled that right. You seem really cool liking the old music that I like too. The Temptations are awesome.See you around. Sucks I was working and couldn’t chat longer. - Guy in the T shirt with no name badge.

Bert's is a fun 60's restaurant to eat at. The chicken ranch wrap was yummy. The decor is from decades ago but the food is tasty. There is an ice cream shop in the front of the restaurant if you prefer dessert over a meal.

Atmosphere, service, food, prices…all 5 star. Typical 50 ‘s style diner feel. Menu had variety, prices were more than reasonable which was accompanied by the food quality. The crab soup had amazing flavor, crab dip burger was amazing. Milkshakes were as good as anywhere else! We had a large party and it was already busy, but the food did not take as long as I expected to arrive!Service staff was attentive, polite, quick and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fun atmosphere, lots of little arcade games, ok food. Servings are nice and big. Didn't try the shakes because I was full from the burger!
