Ate there tonight 11/21/25, the hush puppies tasted like old oil, baked potato was brown( not sure how they bake them but awful) the coleslaw had so much paprika on it like they where trying to cover something up. Haddock was soggy, tartar sauce had pink color in it like it was old. Tried to give them another try but never again.
Food was “Ok”.
Customer service was great!
We had the best experience today having lunch. Our server Emily was extremely friendly, witty & professional. Food was excellent as well!! Never had a bad server or meal but today was awesome!!

Charlotte Hall offers excellent food with friendly service. The oyster stew and blackened haddock sandwich are superb choices. The beer on tap is nice and cold. Despite a potentially loud dining room and slight wait times, the prompt service makes up for it. The Foxy Fish is a great spot for delicious crabs and fresh homestyle seafood dishes. Unfortunately, poor service due to understaffing led to a decision to stop going, despite the good food and reasonable prices.
