Heavy crabs

This is our go to place! We got the 1/2 bushel of large and xtra large special. Best crabs of the year. All were packed and delicious.

I buy crabs from Jim's crab house often. I have always been very pleased and preferentially buy crabs from there due to previous quality. To my surprise, I got a bad batch of crabs. I ordered large crabs for 6/19 and picked them up at 7 pm. I was told there was a special and I would be getting another dozen free. So when they were bad, I was very surprised. I called the next day and spoke to a young lady and told her I would not be able to get the crabs back to her until 6/21 but I would leave them in my refrigerator. I went to Jims on the afternoon of 6/21 to return the crabs. The young girl behind the counter, who I recognized from before, was defensive and got the crab steamer person from the back to speak to me. The young man was immediately also defensive, opened the bag pulled out a crab and said they were "fine". I told him they were not fine and smelled fishy with dry mustard. He told me that they catch crabs with fish and so they smell fishy ! I told him to try a crab if he thought they were ok but he told me he doesn't eat crabs !!! He kept insisting the crabs were fine. I then said "so you are calling me a liar?" He did not respond and I was so upset I just left. All I wanted was my money back and maybe a small apology. Instead, I was met with disrespect and major attitude. I will NEVER buy crabs from them again and warning to all of you. Jamie

First time getting crabs and shrimp. They were better then i have had in a long time. I definitely will be coming back.

Omg the crabs were so good! The service was exceptional and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes! I will be back!

Got crabs from here on Mother’s Day first time trying this place . Got medium males seasoning was good but very disappointed in the crabs . They’re very light paper shells won’t come back again .

Crabs were mediocre!!! and everybody i ate the crabs with got sick after eating them smh

My family got sick over the weekend. The crabs were terrible. I called the next day to let them know what happen the only thing she said well no one else ever called and say that well she would tell me if some one did but I speaking about my family. Everybody got sick and she told me I hope you feel better. I told everyone do not go there.

They have good crabs there got a bushel a few years back before I left for Florida lived there 3 years just got back to MD in October live in middle River MD a hop skip and a jump from there store plan on getting crabs there this summer

Heaviest and best tasting crabs ever!

Shrimp and shrimp Mac salad were delicious! Also our go to for crabs.

I have always gotten heavy healthy great tasting crabs from here. Service is good. some of the local customers along with the tiny parking lot can make the pick up a nuisance,
