It is my favorite place, except in some Chick-fil-A's in the area. I have to come home and fill the salad plate with my own to have a complete salad or else not enough. You only get 3/4 of a salad. Salads are to wet, sometimes not so fresh. But enough to decrease my trips to this fast food restaurant. My disappointment is just the with the salads because that is the only thing I buy and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees and the service is excellent.

I wanted to schedule a delivery one after noon for the next morning and it a plant let me because it was after 10:30am.
The next morning I wanted to order from the chic fil a near me customer and it wouldn't let me because it said i was out of their area. Meaning the app picked up where I was driving.and placing the order and it wanted me to order from closer stores near where my vehicle was.
So trying to schedule a pick up at a particular store was a hassle. Im paying for it so I dont know why it matterest what time or location I am when I place my order

Terrible experiences here. Going downhill. Latest experience with my daughter as she wanted a cookie, remembered I had a gift card that the manager gave in drive a said come through anytime within the timeframe to redeem. I went through mobile thru as I always have since that line started and the young lady manager gave me the riot act in front of my daughter. All for a 2 second trip to go in and grab a cookie to bring out. This will be the last time I eat at this facility. Bun was hard, fries are mediocre! Used to be better. Shame quality suffers!
