I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A for its reputation of excellent service, but my recent experience at the Martin Plaza location left me disappointed and frustrated. I went to redeem a free sandwich reward I earned after a prior bad experience. I showed the manager (Ben) both my email and receipt, but instead of working with me, he flatly told me he would not honor it. I asked if he was serious—he confirmed he was. That left me without lunch and wasted my time driving across town. What’s most upsetting is not the technical issue with the reward system, but the complete lack of customer care. A manager should never dismiss a guest without offering a solution. I reached out to the operator, but instead of accountability or a gesture to make things right, I was told no gift card would be issued and that the reward “should be enough.” This response shows a lack of regard for customer loyalty and basic hospitality. I’m sharing this here because I hope Chick-fil-A corporate will see that this is not how guests should be treated. A brand that prides itself on service should do better. @Chick-fil-A — I ask again for a proper resolution: a genuine apology and a gift card I can use at another location.

The rain must really bring out the rude Im people. Sorry lady running the outdoor drive-through right now but I don’t wanna get my car myself soaked for your chicken so I will never shop at any Chick-fil-A ever again and I mean it.

If the weather is bad, I would stay away from this Chick-fil-A on Martin Boulevard

Ordered CFA for lunch via Door Dash so we don’t have to leave a job site. CFA personnel really messed this order up. Supposed to be nuggets and a Salad, we got a CFA Sandwich and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Supposed to be 2 fries, we got 1 fry and 1 Mac and cheese. There’s even numbers on the food tickets that correspond with the order…of course they don’t match. Someone should be verifying these orders before they get sent out for delivery. Our CFA order was $44.76 and the order was wrong. Yes, we got a refund from Door Dash, but then our options were to reorder, wait another 30 min for lunch and hope it was right, or eat items we didn’t order. I expect better from CFA, this is McDonalds type service.

Disappointing to the kids as the playground was closed and there is no other one in the area that has a playground. Food and service was good though.

The beautiful lady taking my order was phenomenal! I asked her preference on the burrito and she gave me a clear cut answer. She then poked out at the food recieve door and told me why she gets it that way. I love the cheery and helpful attitude and I recommend this location. Food was great too as usual!
