I did not get my sandwich as the wrap which cost more then the option they offered. When asked for my refund they did not care said not them. The app. Then on top of they they didnt even give me the donut I order which I saw when home. Worsy experience ad app amd services suck as cant even connect with help. This is why other vendors are bearing Dunkin. First time using app and might be the last. Dont care about the money, care about that every part was handled without care to my experience. That is the new ways of working I guess. Hope customers except the bad service.

I ordered a sand-which with white cheddar cheese and they gave me a sandwich with cheddar cheese, not what I paid for. Then my sandwich was burnt, so I gave it back. Then when I got my sandwich back my white cheddar cheese wasn’t even melted and they burnt my croissant for a second time.

Of the 5 local DD in the area, this one is the most expensive with any add on! Every other i have been to adds a dollar or so for additional bacon. This location was $2.60! When i inquired about the price the lady at the window said the owners determine the pricing and she avoids purchasing from the very location she works.....for the simple fact everything is more expensive then the next two closest locations. I'd recommend holding out to get to another location in these days everything is already so expensive...that lil bit adds up if u go everyday and pay more then u would at the next. Done with this location. Ppl will come regardless no need to be greedy!!!

Easily the WORST Dunkin' I've ever been to. ALWAYS out of stock on lots of donuts & munchkins. Today I ordered two donuts that were apparently out of stock, and I was REFUSED a refund. After that, I was offered other donuts & they didn't even give me what I asked for. Bacon was cold. Horrible place.
