This is the Taj Mahal of Baltimore metro Dunkin.
I visited it with my daughter on a cold rainy December Monday morning. The coffee was good; the munchkins were plentiful; and they even had the munchkin with sprinkles on it.
"Best Dunkin eva!"

Overall okay. Not great. Not awful. 😐

Customer service was friendly and helpful 😁 but slow at dinner at the drive thru. Giving a 5 for at least being pleasant but closer to 4.5.

Donut was small and hardly any cream. Did we start making donuts a lot smaller in the pandemic? 🤔 I don't eat a lot of donuts. Sandwich was good. Latte wasn't very hot. 4.25 for food. The Dunkin closer to where I live on route 7 and King is better (but has bad reviews too?) Maybe dinner service just isn't great.

Only reason I am taking off a star for atmosphere is because inside my door was really wet from the rain 🌧️ at the drive thru. I think other stores have better coverings over top the car. I think other Dunkins are the same though.

May try again in the future at breakfast time to see if it's better/faster. Your mileage may vary. Good luck! 🍀

I recently wanted to share my experience at my local Dunkin’ Donuts, especially since the new manager took over. It’s clear that the team is running more efficiently and professionally than ever before. They know my order by heart, and they even remember my daughter’s favorite, which adds a personal touch that makes our mornings feel special.

No matter how hectic the morning rush gets, the staff remains friendly and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere that really brightens my day. I appreciate how they handle the chaos with grace, always making sure to greet every customer with a smile.

I also often stop by in the evenings for a quick coffee and something sweet after a long day. While the evening team is sometimes hit or miss—occasionally distracted by their phones—there are moments when they’re just as wonderful as the morning crew. Despite the inconsistencies, I keep coming back because the overall experience and the quality of service are worth it.

Thanks to the new management, I truly feel valued as a customer, and I look forward to my daily visits!

$20 for a dozen donuts is absolutely ridiculous. It's gouging has to stop. In 2018 a dozen Duncan donuts was $9.99.

Stopped in mid morning and ordered an assorted box of Munchkins and there were only 3 different kinds in the box. They also did not seem to be fresh. Very disappointed.

I’m not one to complain. However I ordered a medium frozen coffee. Nothing fancy. Nothing else, just the frozen coffee. I waited at the window for 15 minutes watching the employees try to figure out how to make my drink. After it was incorrectly made, all the staff disappeared from the kitchen for a few minutes, no idea where they went. Then the man comes back with my drink that is super runny, and definitely not the frozen coffee that I ordered.
