Dunkin' Donuts are not really very good Donuts. I was on a long drive from York, Pennsylvania to Middle Creek, Maryland and needed a little snack on the way home and a couple of donuts and a bottle of was adequate. I prefer Maple Donuts much more because they are a reputable company and their donuts are always fresh and tastes like they were just made as opposed to Dunkin' Donuts where their donuts taste like their processed through a machine.

I ordered a croissant sandwich with an iced tea. It was good. I highly recommend you taste your tea before leaving if you get sweet tea. I have found the level of sweetness varies with whomever makes it.

Sticky Syrup
I went here on 9/23. As soon as i got home, I noticed there was visible mold on my donut!! As you can see from the pictures. The donuts were very stale!! When I went back to try and get a refund, the cashier gave me a hard time! The customer service here is terrible!! I do NOT recommend this Dunkin!

Ordered an ice coffee thru the drive thru. I’ve worked at Dunkin’ Donuts before. I know how the coffee I ordered should taste. This ice coffee that was made for me was not made the way it was supposed to. I ordered a large ice coffee and instead of liquid sugar they gave me regular sugar which was just piled up ant the bottom and I ordered French vanilla but it tastes like there’s no flavor. I would say to please ensure the staff make the coffees the right way because it’s unfortunate that other people are probably dealing with the same issue

Long wait time in driver through (at window, no line). Girl that gave us our drink and food didn’t give us a soda that we ordered at the speaker. We asked for it and she said we didn’t order it. Instead of saying “sorry we didn’t charge you for it” and solving the problem, she just kept making a snarky face saying “you didn’t order it.” If you don’t want to solve customer issues, don’t be in customer service.

My son picked up some donuts for me yesterday around lunch time. I was really looking for forward to having FRESH donuts but they felt 3 days old and tasted even worse than that. So many people including my family have stopped eating out due to businesses like this one taking shortcuts trying to save money and selling bad food to keep from having to throw it out. Well, since your business has really lost many customers, was it worth it? Curdles milk, stale donuts and old sandwich bread? I’ll never eat here again! Matter of fact if this Dunkin does this, I’m sure all of them do. Save your money!!

Everything is excellent, the coffee is the best, I buy it here every morning, but I think that health comes first, there is an employee who uses too much body lotion on his hands, which when he delivers the coffee, it gets very impregnated on the lids of the coffees until I almost got to work and had to change the glass, I'm sorry guys, I don't want to offend you with this but I have also had coffee with my friends and they have felt it, thank you for always making the best coffees
