All the women working there are EXTREMELY rude and the attitude is AWFUL!! If it’s frustrating to work at a fast paced place do something else. People don’t need your attitudes and they sure don’t want to be yelled at while spending money! They act so rude it’s almost like they’re giving you everything for free and they are not happy about it lol

I ordered a hot chocolate through the app and when I get here they say they are all out so I’m like ok can I get a refund then they take a min and say oh we have hot chocolate so right there I felt off but figured they refilled machine but no I get a drink in drinkable with power powered all our the top with chocolate drizzled on to like they just made ther own kind of hot chocolate and poured the dust on top since I was in a rush I took a pic so when I come back I can get my refund since I was in a hurry but I’m on my way back now I’ll update this with what happens… if u don’t have it refund it don’t throw something together sad…

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I think I have ever dealt with. A simple job made to be too difficult. Ordered my frozen coffee to be picked up at a certain time, went to pick it up and it’s melted, no offer to re make it. Overpriced coffee for mediocre service.

I asked for a medium caramel ice coffee with 5 pumps of caramel, 3 LIQUID cane sugar not regular because I don't like it in my ice coffees & almond milk. Because I can't have creamer or normal milk without getting sick (I'm lactose intolerant). This was before heading to work for a 9 hour shift and I tried to tell them this isn't what I had said when I ordered and just heard liquid sugar and added it to the drink. This isn't the 1st bad experience with them, I hate to sound petty or rude but I'm honestly tired of my orders being wrong.

We usually go to this location often but my recent visit was a ship wreck. We ordered Iced Coffee on the drive through and the server forgot to add Milk. We didn't check and left because we were in a hurry. We had to go back, informed the server that he forgotten to add milk. He started arguing that we were wrong. I asked to stop arguing and make a new drink correctly and he said no he will add milk to same drink. A female server jumped in blaming us for our mistake. And added the milk to the same drink. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
These clowns fill iced drinks so low that they don’t even question you when you push back. Scam artists.

This is the best Dunkin, hands down! We will ride from Edgemere to go to this location. Always friendly and I have never received a bad coffee from here and everyone knows that feeling when you are looking forward to that first drink and it sucks! Never had that happen here.
