I’ve ordered from Pranzi twice on the Slice app. Both times, my order was delivered promptly at the earliest time of the projected delivery window and the food was fabulous! Since moving to the area, I’ve tried a few pizza spots and this is the best so far. Pizza is flavorful and has a good balance of crust, sauce and toppings. We really enjoyed the Meat Lover’s pizza. Also tried the cream of crab soup, which surprisingly had a good amount of lump crabmeat. Haven’t dined in, but delivery has been great so far.

This place is terrible. They changed their name to Pranzi Pizza, or at least are in the same space. We ordered through their website using the URL they provided, when the order didn't arrive after an hour we called to check. They said they did not receive it and that we would have to ask for a refund from their "website creator", which of course is absurd. After a long conversation they said there is nothing they can do because they do not get their money from this "website" until the end of the month. Then about 30 minutes later they call back saying they can "verbally cancel" the order, which of course means nothing since they just gave us a whole diatribe about how they could not cancel it. We asked for a confirmation that they canceled it and they said they could not provide that and to just watch the online account for it to be canceled. This is hands down the most ludicrous customer service we have every seen.So, if you want to have your food lost, never be able to get a refund, and get cussed out by the business you are paying to get food from then choose Pranzi Pizza/Flamingo Pizza!

It is the worst place in all of the world to order from. The food is oj, but they never answer the phone. I have called 6 times, no answer. Their too cheep to pay for help.
