I’ve ordered from Pranzi twice on the Slice app. Both times, my order was delivered promptly at the earliest time of the projected delivery window and the food was fabulous! Since moving to the area, I’ve tried a few pizza spots and this is the best so far. Pizza is flavorful and has a good balance of crust, sauce and toppings. We really enjoyed the Meat Lover’s pizza. Also tried the cream of crab soup, which surprisingly had a good amount of lump crabmeat. Haven’t dined in, but delivery has been great so far.

This place is terrible. They changed their name to Pranzi Pizza, or at least are in the same space. We ordered through their website using the URL they provided, when the order didn't arrive after an hour we called to check. They said they did not receive it and that we would have to ask for a refund from their "website creator", which of course is absurd. After a long conversation they said there is nothing they can do because they do not get their money from this "website" until the end of the month. Then about 30 minutes later they call back saying they can "verbally cancel" the order, which of course means nothing since they just gave us a whole diatribe about how they could not cancel it. We asked for a confirmation that they canceled it and they said they could not provide that and to just watch the online account for it to be canceled. This is hands down the most ludicrous customer service we have every seen.So, if you want to have your food lost, never be able to get a refund, and get cussed out by the business you are paying to get food from then choose Pranzi Pizza/Flamingo Pizza!

Food wasn't even close to good. Ordered delivery and it took about 1.5 hours on a weekday afternoon. Mind you the place is less than 5 mins away. The people who work there all seem to have no idea what customer service is either. Very rude. Don't bother wasting time or money at this place.

My first time in Baltimore and decided to check this place out. We had the Asian chicken pizza and cheesesteaks, both were delicious. Looks like the name changed to Flamingo Pizza. While we waited there was a steady stream of people picking up food, judging from the various uniforms, they looked like locals. Very clean place and kitchen is visible from the counter which is nice to see where they cook my food. Will come back again next time I'm here.

We decided to check this place out based on it's decent reviews. We tried wings, pizza and a cheese steak. Wings were ok, crispy though we'd try a different sauce next time (wasn't a major fan of the spicy bbq). Cheese steak was very meh. The bread was crusty and warm, I bet it would be outstanding with a cold cut. The pizza was by far the best thing we had. Decent crust, plenty of cheese. I'd give it 3.5 if I could. I'll try different wing flavors and a different kind of sub, see if I can boost that review some. All in all, not a bad experience at all. Possibly leaning towards being our go-to.

A few months ago this place was my go to pizza place and was very good. They have changed everything. The last time I ordered it took over an hour to get the food, the pizza was soggy, and tasteless, and the wings were no longer any good. I hope they go back and start serving the quality food they had when they first opened. If not, I will never eat here again...
