We have been patrons of Kelly’s for several years. The food is fabulous but her cakes are a family favorite. They always taste delicious and are decorated as requested. In the last month we’ve purchased two half sheet cakes for our children’s’ 4th and 1st birthdays. Over the years we have ordered birthday cakes, shower cakes, smash cakes, and even our wedding cake. Literally nothing but the best with every cake we order!

Service, food, pricing was all great!
The food was Ahhhh-mazing! The ladies were great. Coffee was great!
Such an amazing spot! Will be bringing friends and family here!

I have been here for breakfast several times with no complaints. Today I ordered the breakfast burrito. All it was was scrambled eggs, chopped sausage, home fries chopped up in tortilla. Very dry and tasteless. No onions peppers, cheese and sauce of any kind. Expected some spice for a burrito.

I love Kelly’s breakfasts and her lunch sandwiches. I don’t have much of an opportunity to go there for dinner but I’m sure it is delicious home cooking. Kelly and her staff are wonderful people and cooks. Just picked up some of their delicious chicken salad the other day to take on a boat ride. Our Towson friend remarked it was better than Graul’s. I would agree! Thanks Kelly for being a boater’s dream cuisine queen.

Kelly’s Kitchen is a wonderful family owned restaurant with a classic “neighborhood hangout” feel. Everyone who comes here loves it, and the food tastes like a home-cooked meal. Generous portions will leave you nice and full and at just the right price! If you’re lucky, you may even get to meet Kelly herself!

The food was amazing the mozzarella sticks were nice and cheesy not too overly breaded either, the chicken tenders were juicy too and big and the waffles were so buttery, fluffy, and delicious. Best breakfast I ever had definitely would come back.

Always a great experience when I come here. Staff is friendly. Food tastes great and priced right. Highly recommend!

1st time going here ordered a carry out and it was very good and the portions were big .omelet meal with red potatoes was good ham egg and cheese sandwich was my favorite it was packed with egg and ham .it's a small place with big portions. Definitely will go back.

My husband and I were traveling from Baltimore to Philly and needed somewhere to stop for breakfast. We were looking for a restaurant that was not a chain, and we were not disappointed! We both got breakfast sandwiches. The eggs were cooked well and the portions were great. The staff was very friendly, and we got a brownie to go. Everything in the case looked delicious. Highly recommend.
