Always getting our order wrong, they rung it up wrong and we corrected at the window and they still rung it up wrong, gave us the wrong food, and didn’t acknowledge it. It also takes forever for the drive thru line to move.

McDonald’s needs to address serious customer service and order accuracy issues at this location, and this experience has completely lost our business.

When my wife politely asked if she could have a ranch or two with her meal, he laughed and said, “Yeah, we’re going to have to charge you for that,” in a mocking tone.

When she followed up by asking about ketchup and mayonnaise, he responded that we would be charged for those as well, laughed again, and then walked away from the window instead of providing basic customer service.

Both my wife and I left with the strong impression that we were being treated this way because we are Caucasian and he is African American, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and upsetting.

No customer should ever feel they are being mocked or treated with less respect on the basis of race when simply ordering food at a drive-thru.

This is the type of issue that corporate policies on discrimination and equal treatment are supposed to prevent, and it reflects very poorly on how this location is managed.

Concerns about professionalism and conduct

Ongoing order accuracy problems
This was not an isolated problem at this location; our orders have been mishandled before.

On a previous visit, I clearly requested no lettuce and no tomato on my sandwich, yet it was served with both, showing a lack of attention to basic order instructions

When mistakes like this keep happening, it sends the message that accuracy and customer satisfaction are not priorities for this restaurant.

Taken together—repeatedly incorrect orders, rude and mocking drive-thru service, and a visit that left us feeling disrespected and singled out—this McDonald’s has demonstrated a pattern of unacceptable behavior.

a result, my family will not be returning to this location, and management and corporate need to take a hard look at how this store is being run if they care about protecting the McDonald’s brand.

my husband has to work at 4:55 AM and we stop by there so he can get some breakfast a lot of the time and they are closed. I don’t understand how a 24 hr place is closed and when they are open sometimes you can only use cash.

They always get my order wrong. Don't waste your money here. Every. Single. Time I ordered a big Mac with fries and a sprite......they gave me a fillet o fish. I ussualy ride the extra 5-12 minutes for the one on the other side of town.

I can’t even give the other score a rating because when I went with my girlfriend on June 21st at 10:30pm, they refused to serve us are food and still took my girlfriend’s rewards points. I will never be coming back to this location
