Live down the road and without fail the team always has me wait in a spot whenever i order, no matter what i order. every. single. time. it could be a quarter pounder meal or just a sandwich and nuggets and again, im told to wait in a spot. Id be okay with this because usually, the food is hot so i dont mind. This time it was a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and chicken nuggets. im already prepared to park and wait pulling up to the window when the guy tells me to pull into a waiting spot. I assume they're always making my food to order. Now tell me why i pull into a spot, wait on my food for a couple of minutes just to receive a bun with everything but a burger patty on it. I wait and the staff CLOWNS me by taking their sweet time making me a joke of a meal. i hate this place, if you need food in a hurry or just food at all and not a nothing burger this is the wrong place.

Worst mc Donald's visit ever. Used a code to get a deal. Code went through on app, the woman said that it did not work. Didn't care try and help me. I canceled the order and I'll never return here.

I left my phone there for 45 minutes and I came back to it trying to unlock it with Bash marks on the screen protector and hitting my camera shattering the glass. It wasn’t a customer because they would’ve went outside and bashed it if they did it inside it would’ve made a scene. The worker that have gave me my phone back, gave it to me without a care in the world.

I went through the drive through, paid with my debit card and immediately got a notification on my bank app that the payment went through. After the money was taken from my account the lady working the cashier was hesitant to give me my card back. She told me to wait "one second" and then said she would "give me my card at the next window", I said why, the payment already went through? And she just repeated that she'd give it to me at the next window, I was not okay with that and told her to give me my card back now. Only after I became assertive did she reluctantly hand me my card back. I have worked fast food before and there is no logical reason to me that any staff member would hold on to a customers card after the payment has went through, and especially since she'd have to hand it to a separate worker in a different room since she was not the one who handed me my food at the next window. Be careful out here. I don't know what her intentions were but I didn't want to wait to find out.

I bought a number 2b and nd a six piece chicken nuggets after i haven't eaten McDonald's for over a month and a half end the only thing that had any taste to it was the BBQ sauce for the nuggets

The only thing I will touch at McDonalds is a big Mac and I will only go to McDonald’s as a last resort. The customer service is terrible here. Staff always have an attitude and don’t like doing their jobs. The atmosphere is ok. It’s safe.

Of all the McDonalds restaurants I’ve ever been to, none have employees like this one. I hate to pick favorites, but Abbi(?) and the little blue haired boy are the two I’d pick to run the company. They’re always friendly, never slow with the food, and they never short my change, unlike some other encounters at this establishment. Seeing the two work at the same time is like seeing a double rainbow, and I know my food is going to be amazing. Please consider those two for a raise or promotion!
