The service was fantastic! We have 2 kids, ages 4 and 21 months. The entire staff was super attentive. We always enjoy dining at Michael's with our family. It's very comforting.
Six of us had dinner at Michael's Cafe to celebrate New Years eve. The service was outstanding. Each of us had a different entree, mine was delicious and everyone else said the same thing about theirs. Then we topped off the meal with desert which was also very good. None of us live in the area but we go there several times a year because the service and food are always so good. We enjoy it so much that we have gone to Michael's every year since they have been open to have dinner on New Years eve. Try it I am sure you would enjoy it.
I have been a regular at Michael's in Timonium, and this new cafe in White Marsh doesn't disappoint. We were all happy with our lunches. And service was friendly if not overly attentive. The place was decorated nicely for the holidays and we enjoyed ourselves.
Sorta dissatisfied for the food quality and ticket price. Expensive! The calamari was awesome. Drink cocktails were on point. The mains were mediocre with Rockfish lacking lemon sauce. The clams casino were spicy and small. The ribs were overcooked although flavorful. The tuna bowl was good. All in all, Michaels missed the mark for us.
I used to enjoy Michael's until going there recently for lunch. They restructured their brunch menu so that it's all you can order from until 3pm. The problem is that most of this menu is egg dishes and sandwiches with low-cost ingredients that still sit in the $20-$30 range per meal. This is clearly a cost cutting measure and makes lunch here feel like a rip-off. I got the crab cake appetizer and for the cost, the amount of crab was comically small, even with the price of crabs being what it is. The quality of the food, atmosphere, and service is generally very good, but after eating here most recently it felt like I was being ripped-off.

We are frequent customers of Michael’s and today (11/30) was the first time we’ve had a subpar experience. We made a reservation for brunch and were sat at a small 2-seat table in the back, which was fine. However, because I brought a purse that has a long strap I pulled a chair from a nearby table to place my bag. Upon the server’s greeting, she informed us a reservation would be sat next to us so she needed to put the chair back, completely fine. But before I had a chance to remove my belongings, she picked up my bag and put it on the table without hesitation and moved the chair back. Then the reservation (another 2 person party at a 4-seater table) arrived. So I could’ve kept the chair. Nevertheless, the service was substandard. I’m not sure why we received worse service than the two tables next to us (same server), I would hope it has nothing to do with demographics especially considering that Michael’s is in such a diverse area. Food and drinks were good but everything else was lackluster.

Just a lovely evening at Michael’s as always! Great service at the bar from Lela! Sweet and very knowledgeable about the specials, menu and drinks, she is just a pleasure! Darren is the manager and he could not be friendlier! Absolutely one of my favorite places!!!

Usually great but not this time. Buffet Thanksgiving dinner the week before Thanksgiving and couldn't order most of the regular menu. Ordered a NY strip rare and it came out medium. Server forgot to serve two of the four drinks only realizing when coming to refill water. Cleared plates before everyone was finished.
Have never been in the room to the left and it was very very loud which lowered the overall experience. I understand large groups going in that room, but a 2 top should have been put in one of the two quieter areas.
The service was good, food was okay, but it was not hot, it was warm so I would have enjoyed it more if the food was HOT. I am at Michaels at least once or twice a week and I know some of the bartenders like Chuck and Jason, also the host, Jackie and some of the servers like Jewel. I do enjoy the food and drinks at Michaels but this "Friendsgiving" was okay but I probably will not attend another one mainly because of the food not being hot. I have brought family members and friends to this restaurant several times and will continue to do so because I enjoy myself there everytime.

Deep menu and food choices. Most items taste good and decent portions. Modern ambiance and nice options for larger group dinners.

The food and service were good. We had a party of 6, Kim was our server, we had 3 appetizers, salmon, 2 steaks, steak & crabcake, full tack of ribs, 3 side dishes, 6 mixed drinks (top shelf) and 3 deserts. The gratuity is included on the check and the grand total was $583. I would recommend for any occasion, including going out for just drinks, they have a gorgeous bar area. The pumpkin roll alamode was the best thing we had!
Love these guys! Kelsi took great care of our family. We always stop by when we’re in town

Me and my wife come here once or twice a month foods always good, service is always on time. Tonight we had another great experience. Also our server Megan was awesome. Gratuity is the best way to show your server they made your experience that much better.
