Had an issue with management. Didn’t like how my order was sent to me. The general manager was rude and extremely unaccommodating. I’ve never experienced something like that for something I paid for in my life. Will not be ordering from there again.

Disgusting, unprofessional and rude. Cierra (identified herself as the day manager), refused to help me, tell me the general managers name and hung up on me. There was HAIR on my pizza and HAIR in my chicken wing. See pictures below. I will never eat Papa John’s.

I came in and ordered a meat-lover's pizza. Joey was professional and friendly. My pizza was delicious. I thought I was going to have leftovers for the next day, but I ate the whole 12-inch pizza in one sitting.

No issues ordering takeout. Staff gets you in and out quickly. Pizza is what I expect from Papa John's and that's a good thing. Seems like a reliable location that I'll frequent when I have a taste for Papa John's. Solid all around.

I feel ripped off ordering a large Philly cheesesteak pizza with Italian sausage and sausage; green peppers and onions and they sent me a cheese pizza with green peppers and onions. I called speaking with the manager and he hanged up on me.
