I came in and ordered a meat-lover's pizza. Joey was professional and friendly. My pizza was delicious. I thought I was going to have leftovers for the next day, but I ate the whole 12-inch pizza in one sitting.

No issues ordering takeout. Staff gets you in and out quickly. Pizza is what I expect from Papa John's and that's a good thing. Seems like a reliable location that I'll frequent when I have a taste for Papa John's. Solid all around.

I feel ripped off ordering a large Philly cheesesteak pizza with Italian sausage and sausage; green peppers and onions and they sent me a cheese pizza with green peppers and onions. I called speaking with the manager and he hanged up on me.

Horrible experience. I ordered a pizza at 5 o’clock for delivery. I 5:30 I saw that the door dasher was picking up my order (I ordered through papa John’s not DoorDash and I hate that they use dashers… I don’t like using door dash) then it switches to say that they’re preparing my order again. Then it says a second person picks it up, then back to preparing my order. I thought dashers were picking it up and cancelling it because I was paying CASH so they didn’t see a tip.

Finally at 6:15 - an hour and 15 mins after I ordered I called. It directs you to a customer service automated number, I asked to speak to the store 3 times and it hung up all 3 times. Finally I got through to someone and told them I’d been waiting an hour and fifteen mins for my food. They said they were just about to call me and the first dasher stole my food. How did they know they stole the food? Normally they would know by me calling and saying the food didn’t arrive. If they did steal the food that dasher picked up the food at 5:30, it was 6:15. Why wasn’t it being remade and sent out and why did the second dasher pop up as picking up the order then go back to being prepared? I’m so confused by this.

They said they can remake it and send it out but it would be ANOTHER hour before it arrived. So 2.5 hour for a medium pizza, cheese sticks and bread sticks. They didn’t offer to discount the order or say “we will get it out asap”. I know they can’t control that the person stole the food but they can control how they react to that. The food should have been remade and sent out asap, and it should have been discounted. My kids were hungry and I didn’t wanna wait another hour so I cancelled the order. I worked at papa John’s for years and this is not the PJ standard. After reading all of the other reviews here idk how they’re still open.

The service is beyond awful. They NEVER answer the store phone. I had to call because my order showed as picked up on the app when I had t even left my house yet so I was trying to call and see what was going on and no answer after the 15 times I called I had to drive up there and they were Rude and disrespectful after I explained the situation and made it seem like I was trying to get some free food. Like I just want what I paid for. They gave away my order to someone else. I will never ever order here again or from any papa John’s after this experience I just over it. Ridiculous.

Ordered 4 Pizzas and 16-ish wings to be picked up New Year’s Eve between 8-820 pm. At 750 pm, 10 minutes before pickup, our entire order was cancelled and we were never told why.. I put this order in around 4 pm. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Thank goodness PIZZA HUT was able to fulfill the same order + more within 20 minutes.

I do not recommend this place. Me and my mother went and got food for the family. My mother gave the person a tip. The person did not even say thank you or anything like that. It was a big tip as for the food not all that great very disappointing.

wish I could give this trash store negative stars. I added extra peppercinis to my order TWICE and never received my peppers with my food that was delivered. Happens a third time. Shelby who is supposedly a “manager” offers to credit me $3 lololol what a joke where is the compensation for messing up my order not once, not twice but THREE times? $3 is my money owed to me lol that’s not a make up for the same mistake three times! Just trash and ghetto! Please take your money elsewhere.

So I ordered My Children Pizza For Halloween & get them the jack ‘o lantern pizza to match the holiday and they gave my kids a terrible pizza ! There was no smile no nothing ! Poorly crafted !!!! The specialty pizza is completely incorrect! Total Waste Of $35 !!!! Not to the Papa Standard at All !!!! First picture IS WHAT I ORDERED SECOND IS WHAT I GOT !!!
