Everything i've had has been great.

They are one of the few places that offer pizza by the slice and they have a wide variety. It allows my wife and I to get our own preferences for what we like especially if we each want a couple slices of different things. Not many pizza places seem to offer that anymore.

Used to love this place and it would be where we would go for family outings often. Over the past year, the crust will literally show up wet. Not soggy from oil, but literally wet and almost falling apart. Similar to when someone puts bread in the sink. (GROSS) It happened a couple times but I figured maybe they would get a new chef or something eventually and kept coming back. They had to realize eventually and correct it right? Idk... I will say I didn't receive a wet pizza the last time I went, but tonight I tried to go and the kids at the register tells me they close at 8:45 and that we can't eat there regardless of it being 8:30 and the place being advertised and closing at 9. It really makes me sad because this used to be my favorite place but this place has gone so down hill. If only they kept the good workers. Or at least hired new people who wanted to work. If you go there after 5 they don't allow you to sit on the right side of the restaurant because they don't even want to clean up. They are in a rush to hurry up and leave before the store is even supposed to shut down apparently. I guess the boss don't work evenings? I've worked at delis and carry out spots. This is not how things are done normally. Maybe you can't put an order in at a certain time but that's not what I was told. I was told that he can make the food but I have to leave at 8:45. Sorry boy at the register with glasses... It says right on the door what time you guys close so you aren't fooling anyone.

The food is amazing. The cleaning standards in this establishment was more than appalling, The lady was mopping the floor behind the counter with the open display of pizza. The young man on the cash register is also the server to get your pizza while handing money, his cell phone and orders. The other young man blew his nose and retrieved orders from the window. They laughed at me when I asked to wash hands and put on gloves. So, he put on the gloves with the thumb out so he can ring up my order and put the glove back in to get my pizza but the boy that blew his nose had already put my slice in the oven. This really happened smh.

Why is this location so gross? The one in Bel Air is amazing, I was so excited to come here but ended up being dissapointed. The pizza is just stale and smells funny. The pasta dishes are watery and flavorless. And its always so hot and muggy in the store, makes me feel like all the food is spoiled.
The garlic knots and muffaletta are great but thats about it.

I will never go back. Had some food delivered, one thing was a slice of the spaghetti pizza. Cutting it up to eat with knife and fork I found a chewed off fingernail inside the spaghetti. Called and asked to speak to a manager, spent a little over $50 on food and they offered to refund the $6 for the piece of pizza or another slice. I will never return here.
