We hosted an event for work at Potomac Pizza (Middle River) last night and it was incredible! The manager, Alex, made the planning process so seamless and was so helpful and response. He was also present the day of the event along with 2 bartenders, Donny & Lauren, who were also just as great! I was very impressed with their service and our guests really enjoyed them too. The event was made so simple and we will absolutely be back! Thanks so much guys!

The pizza was amazing. Freshly made and hot. Initially, my husband's pizza wasn't correct. The bartender/server quickly corrected the mistake and made sure we were happy. Outstanding service. This will definitely be our new go to spot. Restaurant and bathrooms very clean. With football season starting we are looking forward to hanging out there.

Incredibly friendly atmosphere! Pizza is excellent with homemade sauce and dough. The margarita pizza was fresh, crisp and aromatic! Beer is cold and served in a frosted mug! We went back 2 days in a row.

Pizza seemed to be just ‘thrown’ together. Stringy onions on top. Couldn’t chew them. And for a medium pizza 26 bucks seemed a bit much. And we were just passing through the area just off of interstate 95 at one of the hotels so we were limited on delivery choices. One of their first questions were how much of a tip for the delivery person. wouldn that depend upon the delivery service? wouldnt order from there again.

Just went to this place for the firsttime, ordered some pizza, it was really good, but something that amazed us (me and my wife) was the service received in that location was in other levels

I’ve been here multiple times and I have to say that the service is phenomenal very family oriented friendly the servers and service is always on point I like that if there is a little hiccup someone will let you know that and try to accommodate you in any way they can I recommend coming here to chill after work or even on the weekends

I visited 05/29/2025. I was really looking forward to dining at Potomac Pizza, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor service. I was seated before several other customers, yet they received their food before me. When I asked the server about the delay, she told me she had a lot of tables and prioritized the others because they were regulars who come in all the time.
While I understand that managing multiple tables can be challenging, all guests—regulars or not—deserve to be treated with equal care and respect. I left feeling overlooked and unappreciated. The food may be decent, but the service made the visit underwhelming. Hoping this was just an off day, but it certainly left a poor impression. I also came in on 05/27/2025 and that service was not good either but I thought maybe it was a flute that the service was bad so I came back to try again, only for this to happen.
