I haven’t checked the other reviews so I’m going into this blindly based solely on my own experience giving this review four stars because of several things. Let’s start with the positive! The food was fresh, flavorful and filling. Most of the employees understood the assignment made it a pleasant experience. The menu was easy enough to follow. The environment kept very cleaning and inviting. The pricing fair.Now the feedback for management: You lost a star at the register when the woman with the accent and braids told us we should have ordered chips and queso back at the start of the line and so we had to go back and do just that. It was a bit condescending and caused some confusion. The young lady on toppings didn’t seem to mind getting us the side of queso after our bowls had been finished, just the woman on register.Coach that employee on the guest experience and do whatever you can to ensure the customer enjoys the FULL experience instead of trying to coach the guest and making them go back through the line about when and where they should order things. Tell the customer of course they can have that item the order and communicate that order within your team instead of demeaning what were first time guests and forcing them to back track through the line. You could have lost a sale. And this could have been a one star on your YEXT score.

I got a bowl and did a complete your meal. The chips had so much salt on them it made them inedible. I felt like if i kept trying to eat them my blood pressure would sky rocket. I had to use a napkin and scrub off the salt and finally ended up throwing them away. Made my lunch time at work unbearable. You could see what looked like a tablespoon of salt on each chip in the bag. Like someone poured the 5lb bag of salt in that batch. My coworker that went with me couldn't eat her chips either. Only one worker spoke to us, just stared and pointed. The girl at the register seemed pissed at the world she was even there, didn't even give a total. It was awful.

Ordered food from here for the first time yesterday . The service was outstanding . Not only did they make sure I understood the menu , being as tho it was my first time . They helped me take advantage of a few good deals for first timers . I will be returning . I had the quesadilla birria and nachos with Diablo queso

This Qdoba is located in Martin Plaza shopping center. It is in the smaller center closer to McDonald's on the opposite side of Express Care. Service was just average. Food was good.
Store window says open at 1030am. Store doors still locked at 1045am. Please change Store hours on the window.

When QDOBA opened in middle River I was happy till today, did they hire people from Chipotle? Because it is starting to look like it .people standing around when fools are nasty as the Table were but that not thay need to be trained better the that did food drop food on counter then tried to put it in our food she seemed to have a bad attitude wow! Please someone FIX this QDOBA before we stop going. Thank You. Because I'm almost 60 and I can do better.

This Qadoba still sucks, gave it a second try and the serving sizes are still extremely small and the staff is too busy making online orders you stand in line from 15-20mins. I was pumped when they put a Qadoba here but it’s not even worth my time.

There are some weeks at work when I will eat here everyday. At the very least once a week though. I love it. Not only is the food AWESOME but the people are super down to earth and friendly. Most of the time I have the same prep person and she knows exactly what I want. My request is a bit bizarre (just enough ground beef to flavor the rice, like the tip of the ladle full) so that could be the reason but still! Plus, I’m in and out! I have a half hour lunch so I need that and they never disappoint! Highly recommend! :)
