I just paid $12 for some jerky tenders, these must have been under a heat lamp for several hours. how do I get a refund
every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30
The food arrived arrived extremely hard and cold. Even the biscuits was harder than a rock

Chicken is to dry and over cook (hàrd). Half potatoes filled a lot of gravy. Biscuit is cold. I asked a strawberry shortcake sent banana parfait instead. Unfortunately no one follows directions.

This is possibly the worst place I have ever received food from. Pictures are completely inaccurate. Food is cold and pretty sure everything is out of date by taste. I wouldn't poison the homeless with this

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload
Food beyond nasty . Taste burnt idk if it’s the oil or what they use as a seasoning but close the whole shop down

This place needs to go out of business or go under new management immediately.Everything was cold, overcooked, and dry. A waste of money.
