All of the employees there are so very sweet, kind, provide excellent customer service. My guy & I go there on almost a weekly basis. Today, Tori was amazing!! She was so fast making our excellent treats & gave lots of great suggestions for creating our gelati. Thank you Tori for making our day!

Do not order from this Rita’s! They do not for fill the complete order and then they blame it on it being busy and then they tell you to just share your ice cream with the other person who didn’t get it. We have a screaming two-year-old here that did not get their ice cream that was paid for. Their workers are incompetent and their owner Travis is a joke.

Excellent Gelati! My husband has me addicted to the Florida Orange Gelati with the Vanilla Custard! ??????The first time I tried it I knew I would be eating this all summer long! Try it! If you like orange Creamsicle, you will be eating this all summer long to!! Lol.The facility is always clean, friendly staff. They move very quick to. I have a few other favorite flavors. Wild Black Cherry is another favorite. There are so many I like!I may stop by again today the more I type :)Enjoy!
Dirty little strip mall Rita's. Flavors were not the usual high sellers by any means. There is a pandemic going on and the restroom was very dirty, and they tables were not bussed or wiped down. I will not visit this Rita's again. And I suggest you not waste your time and money here either.
