The food here was incredible. We were there on Easter and I got one of the specials and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was what I would expect, and overall very welcoming except our server. He was rude, never made eye contact and always seemed to be looking at specifically one of his other tables. He got my order wrong, and disappeared in 2 seconds after bringing out our food even as I was trying to bring to his attention that my order was wrong. We ended up getting another employees attention who got us a lovely young woman who was attentive to what we were saying and had every impression of being fed up with his behavior, I’m guessing we weren’t the first error of the night. He never checked in on us and we had to glad him down to get the check.So, food was really good. Atmosphere was nice. One waiters service ruined it for me though and it will be a long while before I go back.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options even for picky kiddos.

The food was ok. My daughter did not like the pancakes because they were tough and didn't eat them. Turkey bacon was good and the waffle could have been hotter. Friendly staff, but slow. I asked the cashier for a dessert out of the case and she proceeded to remove lint using a lint brush and check her phone. I watched her and waited a few minutes until she realized I was still waiting and staring at her. She then tried to get me the dessert, but I told her that it was too late....I lost interest.

Food was good and server is usually good but had a problem yesterday after we asked for a cup with a lid for a 6 year old child. The water is served in glasses that are heavy and awkward for a young child. When his mother asked for a cup with lid, the server asked him if he couldn't use the glass and if he was a baby. I'm not sure if she was joking or not but he was upset. She did bring the cup but it wasn't handled well. Perhaps it would be good to just make it policy that young children are offered cups with lids without embarrassing them.

Coffee was good never had a bad experience but Thai last time I went they didn't come take my order or even ask for the first 30-45min I was there but normally service is great and food is good

I've always loved coming here, but upon coming in today I found they no longer had my fav dish anymore. I opted for roast beef open face sand. After the first bite I knew I didn't like it. I guess this is my last visit.

Came here with my partner around 8:30am. They let us order from all of the menu even though it was breakfast, so that was cool. The diner is cute and old fashioned feeling. The server brought us our check very quickly before asking if we wanted to order more, which is why I say 4 stars because I was going to order dessert.
