Tito’s Fried Chicken

I came here as a result of an Instagram reel where the fried chicken looked quite tasty. The Customer service was 10 out of 10. There is a screen on the right side of the store to place orders. Or you can order and pay at the register but the system was down & you could only pay with cash there. I tried a few things. The rotisserie & fried chicken combo. Rotisserie was a breast which was dry and salty. Fried chicken was ok. String beans were very salty. Plantains were good and I'd get them again. Pictured is the shrimp bowl. The shrimp were a nice size and seasoned pretty good. What I did not like was the soggie lettuce. There are a lot of wet ingredients in this bowl and I would not purchase again unless they could package everything separately. You could barely make out the beans from the rice and other wet ingredients. I also tried the chicken wrap. Another item I would not purchase again. Same seasoning on the fried chicken and tenders so this was also a bit salty for my liking. For dessert, tried the churros. They were ok.

Ordered: Chicharrón con Yuca, Chicken Empanadas, Pumpkin Spice Rice Pudding (saved for later)

Underrated!! the chicken is great and the workers are professional try it out they deserve the business.

Staff were super sweet, welcoming, and very quick. The stewed chicken tacos were amazing. Pricing was on the cheaper side which was surprising. Will definitely be coming back!

I liked the food the chicken and chicken wings is very good the only thing that i don't like is the breast are very small and I the fact they choose the selection of chicken if you want a three piece you have to get three of different chicken you cannot choose too have three thighs I am not used to paying for a selection that are forced on you

Best chicken wings ever . They are meaty and tasty . They blow away any other competitions wings . If your looking for wings this is the place . Service is outstanding also. Fast and friendly.

Ordered online for my lunch break and said pick up in 20 mins. Get there 20 mins later and they told me it’s another 15 mins. Cant wait so ask for refund. They tell me needs to go through bank and will take 2 days. Small order of 4 pc chicken and they told me they ran out of chicken. Well why was my paid order not filled. This is my second time here and fist time it took almost 20 mins to get my order then.

Food is really good and the guy there was so nice he even gave me a free large soda cause he knew I was walking quite a distance from there to home my point is excellent food, excellent service and quite the nice atmosphere. What more could I ask for

Food is delicious. Love the batter they use on the fried Chicken.Loved the chicen sandwich we got. People that worked there are very friendly. Place was clean and inviting. They just gained some new customers. Thank you.

I'm not sure about the atmosphere so I gave that 3 stars.

But this damn chicken bowl IS THE BUSINESS 😭 with or without beans. I've ordered it everyday for over a week for lunch. I always WANT to try something else but always go back to tried and true 🙂‍↔️

This chicken is excellent. There are only a few tables. We ate in and had a great employee help us. He was very nice. The fries were great. The prices reasonable. I was not a fan of the coleslaw. I would go agsin and get a different side. Highly recommend!

Just went here for the first time, it was amazing! Best fried chicken I've had in a while, everything was seasoned perfectly even the rice and sides. The staff were super polite and energetic, and the food came out fast. Will be going here again :)
