My boyfriend got me crabs from here yesterday. We had a long day moving and wanted to try out Vince’s. He ordered a dozen females. When we finally got the chance to sit down and eat them it was 12am. And there were only 6 crabs!! The only thing Vince’s offered was half of our money back or 6 crabs maybe tomorrow if they have them. You all messed up our night as we didn’t even have enough crabs for everyone and that’s all you could offer us because of your employees dumb mistake. That’s terrible customer service. The manager didn’t even take the time to speak with me not even one word.

Soda's in fridge near the alcohol are always expired every time i go. But Summer is super sweet and have the best customer service. i also love the cream of crab soup and the crabs😋

1 meal i got was a lumb crab cake its was far from being a lump crabcake and the crab soup had a little bit of crab meat and was water down I will never go back there
Parking: Send ur cooks to the diner on eastern and Kane st to see what a lump crab looks like

I got food poisoning from eating salmon from this place on January 11th, diarrhea all night. There's also expired drinks being sold over there I had to complain about that to one of the employees there.

RIP OFF! A $24 crab cake “platter” consists of a crab cake the size of a small McDouble and your “cold” sides (potato salad, etc) are put in Dixie cups! $24 for a McDouble and a spoonful of warm, nasty potato salad. Total crap

We got crabcakes sent to Florida for our birthdays. Me October 6 and my Sister October 11th and had them tonight for pre hurricane dinner. They were delicious my sister got 3 tubs so we are hoping we don't lose power too long. Unfortunately we have an electric stove.
