Im usually very understanding and do not like giving bad reviews… however I must leave this review. I come here faithfully, the staff are usually very nice and professional I never really have any issues when it comes to those kinds of things… however I am very frustrated with this particular location because as I’ve stated I come to this location almost every single day and get the same thing everytime (a medium strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade and cold foam) for some odd reason every time I come to this location my total is a different price everytime.. when I bring it up to the employees attentions questioning why my total is different than what I paid “yesterday” and or if there was a price increase in the menu and the answer is always I dont know and a shoulder shrug… i then bring it to the managers attention and his response is someone probably rung my order up wrong the last time which shows that your staff does not know their job… but cool I get it one or two times is okay but I’ve been to this location more than 10x and it’s always a different price, he also tries to argue me down and try’s to tell me what I come and order on a day to day basis instead of trying to get to the bottom of and accommodate why my total is a different price each time. It is very frustrating as a loyal customer… it’s not about the money however about the principle of the situation when someone knows their order to a tea and pay a set price they expect that when they come and not an idc attitude.

I have gone there twice to get a hazelnut latte only to discover once arriving at work that they neglected to put ANY hazelnut syrup in the latte. At this poultry, it's just absurd.

I would like to think the employee for doing the right thing but to argue about a drink a customer didn't like and at first refusing to take the drink back or giving us a refund is a first for me. I have been to many Dunkin donuts in the Maryland DC area and I have never been so irate to the way me and my wife were treated. The nerve of the employee telling us do we want the drink back that my wife clearly didn't want. People make mistakes when they order and they shouldn't have to pay the price for a drink that they can't handle, especially a spicy drink that we had no idea it was spicy. Please do better, I love Dunkin donuts and we just found out about this new location around our area.

So thankful for this location providing an excellent customer service experience. I called four different Dunkin’s before reaching this location. I called the store yesterday morning trying to track down a new blinged out tumbler that Dunkin released, which I just knew would sell out quickly as it would be sold at limited locations. To my surprise the staff member who answered the call stated that there was only one more left. When I asked if they would hold it for me they said sure. I gave them my name and upon my arrival the staff member I spoke to remembered me and went to the back to grab my cup. The staff member mentioned they had just put them out yesterday on Tuesday and by the next day there was only one left, which is the one I was able to get a hold of. Talk about a Merry Christmas to me. A big thank you to the Dunkin’ staff for your AMAZING customer service, you guys rock! This lady runs on Dunkin’ and will make sure to come to this location more often.

i go here all the time they always get the drinks right but every time i get good they never get it right just went this morning got a drink i was told they did not have but i got it and they did not give me my wrap i ordered it’s always something this spot they need to change the morning staff or something cause they don’t listen to your order

Terrible customer service and rude workers. I requested the bacon on the side of my sandwich, because I don't like it next to the cheese, and they refused to put it on the side. They tried to force me to order a egg and cheese sandwich, with a side of bacon. Terrible, garbage location, with garbage customer service. Save your energy and head to Hampton Park!
