Been on hold for over 5 minute. Update 11/19/2024 Tried to order online didn't go through. Went inside with wife on phone and i let her place the order directly to the cashier. Only to be given the wrong pizza once it was ready. I didn't realize it was the wrong order until I got home. 20 mile round trip

Pizza was already ready the guy told me to wait a few minutes had ordered a mini pizza 30 minutes in advance then 7 min later was asked what's the name again he went and got it and of course It was on the cold side smh had me waiting thinking I'm about to get hot food and it was cold

I've only ever picked up or gotten delivery but this pizza hut has been good everytime. I haven't had a wrong order or incorrect toppings or anything. I pick this place over the domino's close by everytime. Amazing!
Dietary restrictions: I can't have tomato anything and they're garlic parmesan sause is a absolute amazing substitute and one of the best and only places I get pizza from because of it.
Please do not eat here i personally seen the lady making the pizza with no gloves on! When i said something to it the manager goes on to tell me she always do that like it was right ?

Disappointed.i placed an order online at 8:08pm for deliver. The app kept saying preparing order even after the estimated delivery time of 8:48pm. I call at 9:07pm to find out that my order is complete and just sitting at the store, the driver didn't pick it up. I told them I'd come get it, he there in 7 mins. Get there and they had to closeout the delivery order to make it carry out so I won't be charged a delivery fee. The pizza had a couple mins left to cook. They give me my order and it's not correct, only half of the pizza had toppings and they were compelling out of one topping. I had to wait for another pizza to be made. It's 9:54pm just received my order and I asked for 2 sodsa (20oz) for my inconvenience and the staff (all 3present) laughed. I did not. Cashier/staff member gave me 1 soda. Totally disappointed. I'll definitely be changing pizza places.

The pizza was supposed to be well done. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way
Everything was not as promised. Breadsticks lookd like they were from yesterday. Pizzas had almost not cheese or other toppings especially the double pepperoni my son wanted. My kids did eat most of it cause they're greedy kids and don't realize this is not prepared properly. And the trash almost cost me $50! Never ever going back! And you shouldn't either.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order and received a notification that it was delivered, but I did not receive it. When I called to inquire about the issue, the representative claimed he could not hear me. When I raised my voice to be heard, he rudely instructed me to “CALM DOWN” and repeated this several times in a raised voice himself. Despite my attempts to communicate calmly, he further insulted me by saying, “Be a lady and speak calmly.”
I requested a refund due to the poor service and rude behavior, but instead of resolving the issue, I found my cheese pizza at my front door the next morning, covered in ants, with no refund issued. This experience was highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. ?
