Subway prices are out of control and it's not worth the money -staff was nice but I need another sandwich place --I used to love subway not anymore though just kind of bland

Unfortunately, this place is horrible when it comes to portion size if the manager and/or her oldest daughter are not working. Just came from there and had to leave without even buying my sandwich as I refused to pay for double meats when she didn’t even put enough on it the first time. I should have known not to even order anything as when we were walking in two other ladies were leaving and complaining of the same thing and then being told they would be charge for double meets. They two left without purchasing anything. For the amount of money we spent for one sandwich and a small size of chicken they tried to put on there was just ridiculous.Sadly, I probably will not frequent this subway anymore. Unless I know the manager is working.

Apparently the sandwich pictured is "extra cheese". Anyone with eyes can see that very little cheese and she said she was going to charge me extra for my "extra" cheese. I'm a pretty understanding person and I would have gladly paid if she was not so obviously stingy. She literally picked up my "extra" pinch of cheese with just her two fingers as she was saying it was gonna cost extra. It felt so insulting and filled with attitude. I asked for manager, something I would never normally do because I felt like this must be joke or prank or something. She was 110% serious and asked her manager if I should be charged extra. Her manager having a brain told her no. But that sealed the deal. Will never visit again.

Twice, I put special instructions on my app order to have my subs cut into 3 pieces and twice they were cut in half. The last order, I get comeback when I order a steak sub. I was too tired after a long day at work to go back and return it.

I have been to this subway about 4 times now.I had the pleasure of Ms.Mavis(Hope I spelled it right) to make my family’s sandwiches 3/4 times and she does a great job professionally and goes the extra mile for us and making our sandwiches.The pandemic has affected customer service and every way,but to my surprise she gave me back hope in customer service. by just being kind and helpful.Good job sweetheart and blessings.

I came in for the first time to get a tuna wrap. As I explained what I would like on my wrap, the cashier said that she couldn’t put more veggies on my wrap, when I could clearly count 5-6 cucumbers and some onions. I had barely any lettuce and when I asked for her to stack more cucumbers and onions again she developed an attitude as if I was asking her for something free. When I walked in the store I intended to pay, the polite thing to do would be to inform that extra veggies cost more, even though it doesn’t so that would mean she is trying to over charge me for what is already offered at that price! I wasn’t asking for more meat! She actually had an attitude while making my food and never once thought about the energy she was projecting, at work, on the clock, doing what she signed up to do. Her job. I asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t make the sandwich the way I asked, which wasn’t hard, just a lil more cucumbers and onions. I ultimately didn’t get the sandwich. I never experienced this at subway EVER!!! Just make it how I’m paying!!!

Approximately 1210 I Ordered online to get the buy 1 get 1 for half deal. Says it'll b ready at 1230. I go in at 1235 and I'm told the order didnt go through yet. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order the baha fresh or anything else online. Dont k ow if it's just this location or what. They seem to be up on their game at the store, but the online thing does not seem to work at all. They didn't even get the order. Ok so 1250 I asked if my order came thru yet. The girl asked the guy and he said yea and pointed to the receipt sittin next to him. So Apparently it did come thru and was just sitting on the table. Now I'm waiting behind 2 people. One guy is gettin 3 footlong subs, the other wants the pepperoni for his pizzas sliced in quarters, OMG! Haha! Girl is tryna peel the stuck pizza off the baking sheet. 1:06 I finally get my subs. The least they coulda done was a few free cookies or somethin.So, the gist of the story is, if u order 2 footlongs online dont expect to pick them up for an hour.Get em 2 cause the girl was nice

Don't bother ordering online from Subway because of your orders anywhere even a penny over $20 or sitting at $20 they won't fill it they apparently don't want or need the money. Doordash nightmare. What place refuses to make an order because it's too much money? Then after spending 30 minutes trying to sort this out they tell doordash that if I can call the customer and verify the order they'll fill it which they should have said in the first place and a 30 minute ordeal would have been a simple 5 minute exchange.
