I hadn’t had subway for 10 years or so when a friend asked me to bring them lunch. It was early like 11am but the spot was clean and all the food looked super fresh. The sub was the best darn sub I’ve had like ever… reminded me of the old Quiznos. The bread was so fresh and gooey and the new honey mustard was fire! The server was friendly too. It was $25 for 2 footlongs but it could’ve been $80 cuz it was that good.

They have a sign that says “ If a cashier fails to give you your receipt, then your purchase is free” The cashier failed to give me my receipt and then proceeded to tell me she’s not giving me nothing for free. Then continue to argue with me about her sign doesn’t mean anything. False advertisement and the customer service is trash.

A friend and I grabbed some lunch here while traveling through the area on vacation. Like other Subways, we knew what they had to offer. Our sandwiches were put together quickly. They tasted good. The dining area was clean. Employees were friendly.
I walk in and there’s a lady washing her hands in the soda fountain. I already had an off vibe but decided to order anyway. I went over to the lady behind the counter and asked for a “six inch tuna sandwich on Italian”. She got the bread but then I couldn’t see her add the stuff on. She then asked a question in Spanish that I didn’t understand and when I asked her to repeat it she didn’t answer and continued putting stuff on the sub. I stopped her when I saw the sub she was about to put in the toaster that had turkey and ham on it. When I told her it was supposed to be tuna she yelled at me saying I ordered a number 10. When I told her I said tuna she yelled again saying I didn’t and that I wanted a number 10. She then took everything off and put the tuna on then moved it over to the veggie area. I asked if it could have cheese on it and be toasted she did but said something in Spanish to her coworker. Once it came out of the toaster I asked for lettuce and cucumbers and she threw the stuff on and walked away. I checked out with just the sub and as I was leaving she was complaining in Spanish again. MY SUB ENDED UP BEING COLD AND THERE WAS PLASTIC IN IT. Never again will I go back

Shop is making sandwiches with spoiled and rotten lettuce and spinach.
New to the area and this is the first place we visited. Clean and great atmosphere. Will continue to come here.

Quite popular. There were several people in front of us, but their operations were optimised to process the queue in a good amount of time. It's clean and whilst only offering 6 tables, there was seating available during the busy lunch time. Standard fare and everything was available.
Parking: On a busy weekday, you may be driving around looking for spaces, given the plentiful shopping establishments

This place is ridiculous. It says in google they close at 10pm I arrived at 9:45pm and they were already close for business. Soo please if you plan to go there around 9:40 make sure you place your order ahead of time or come in before 9:40pm.Terrible customer service! I saw food on the line and the guy still didn’t want to help because they already put the bread away!??♀️
This is the 2nd time I ordered a sub from here; the chicken bacon ranch sub. BOTH times I put in the notes to make sure my toppings were on there and the bacon because the first time my bacon wasn’t on there.. then AGAIN it wasn’t on there ..:that’s not even a added topping that’s the name of the sub! This was a curbside order. I called them and the first time someone answered didn’t say anything and put me on hold then hung up, I called 5 times after that and it just kept ringing. Smh I will NOT be coming back to this location.

This location was slow. We waited about 15 minutes with only 2 other people ordering ahead of us. It seemed like several workers were busy making to go orders. Instead of helping the folks in the store. They also didn’t know how to make the kids meal or what came in it. They just cut a 6 inch roll in half and called it a 4 inch kids sub. But they were kind and doing their best, so I’d give them another chance. Maybe just a bad day.
Haven't ate here in over a decade or longer but what I can say is the staff is amazing. There honest as they come, the location by the Lowes/Giant purposely overcharged me for a dozen of cookies so I will never go there any longer but this location from MY experience are honest, good people

The food was ok asked for a rotisserie chicken protein bowl with bacon and pepper jack cheese instead of the young lady focus on the order she busy telling me is a salad bowl any other subway didn't have this problem and to ad insult to injury the chexken portion was larger that the salad and greens wont be back there.
