Li'l Village Child Learning Center

Both of my children attended, and it truly felt like one big, welcoming family. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly and caring. I had many questions each day as me and my children were both experiencing something new and whoever came to the door those days were so helpful and informative. One thing I love is how up-to-date they keep parents through the app, providing daily updates on my children's activities. Communication is always excellent. The family events throughout the year are always a highlight—so much fun and really well-organized. I also appreciate the variety of activities they plan for the kids; everything is thoughtful, engaging, and educational. They bring a dentist to visit, the fire truck and more. My children learned so much and genuinely enjoyed their time there—there were never any complaints! Trusting someone with your children is never easy, but I always felt completely comfortable knowing how loving and attentive the staff were. I could see the care they gave my kids in the warm hellos in the morning and the heartfelt goodbyes in the afternoon. It's rare to find a place that treats your children like their own, and this daycare absolutely does. Highly recommend!

Ms. RuHt, I just wanted to say how grateful we are to have you as my son’s teacher. Your dedication and passion for teaching truly shine through, and I’ve noticed such a positive change in my son. He’s more excited about learning and always speaks so highly of your class. Thank you for being such a wonderful and caring teacher!

I have been bringing both of my children to Lil Village in Muddy Branch, Gaithersburg, and I have nothing but positive feedback. My children, a 2-year-old and a 10-month-old, are in excellent hands. The entire team, including the owners and directors, show genuine care and treat the children as if they were their own. My 2-year-old initially had a tough first week, which is understandable for a child starting daycare for the first time. While it can be difficult for parents to witness, it’s part of the adjustment process. Within a week, my son began to enjoy going to daycare. The staff keeps parents informed with regular updates, photos, and videos. Mr. Aziz, Mrs. Mounia, Ms. Mackenzie, and the entire team are wonderful. I would highly recommend this center to any parents considering daycare for their children.

My child has been enrolled at Lil Village for a year now. Being a new parent I wasn’t too sure what to expect but McKenzie was exceptional in welcoming and working with us and has been very helpful. The teachers have here are wonderful especially Ms. Priya. She has taught and nurtured my son as if he was one of her own and that I cannot thank her enough for.

I can’t say enough good things about lil village daycare school. God is the one who brought us here after a long search and prayer for a good place for my daughter. She loves waking up every day to go to her second home, I call it home because both the owners and teachers are so loving, caring and they makes it feel like you belong. The teachers are phenomenal! Not only are they very caring, they provide excellent teaching skills. The curriculum is above standard for their ages! It has a been such a positive experience for my daughter.It’s a wonderful atmosphere and a happy place! I highly recommend lil village if you want to have peace of mind wherever you will be knowing that your child/ children are well taken care of.

I worked at Li’l village for about 6 months as a preschool teacher assistant. The owners of the school they would treat you well in the beginning but then you will start seeing the real face. I decided to give them a one star because of my experience at their place and then they decided to attack me here and reply to my review and spreading lies about my experience at their place, I was the best teacher assistant i received so much love and respect from the other teachers and all of the kids and the parents, I was very hard working, then after the summer they sat me in the house for a whole week due to a low enrollment in the preschool classroom we went from 13 kids in the classroom to only 4 kids, so they asked me to stay home, and by that time I obviously started looking for different schools to work with because obviously I needed a Job, then after I texted them many times and getting ignored if I will be coming back to work or not they finally replied to me and asked me if I want to come and cover the younger kids classroom at the day care but I decided that i just wanted to wait for my classroom to be filled because I wanted to work with my students. Then after another week of no response they asked me to come and hand the keys of the place to them and I respectfully came and gave them the keys and said goodbye to all of my coworkers which I will miss them so much, then I applied for public schools and I received an offer at one public school, then I needed a reference survey from them for my new job and they actually ignored my messages and calls for a whileThen I reported them to Maryland department of laborI will keep up with my lawyer for writing such a review here on google and spreading lies about me. Such a shame!If I ever have kids I will never put them in such a days care.So sad how they treat their employees and I’ve heard so many other stories from my previous coworkers who left the job just because of how bad they treated their employees!I have a right to leave a review about my experience with this day care but they don’t have the right to spread lies about me. I will keep up with my lawyer ?And i didn’t get terminated from my job.I will report all of these lies to the court.Such a shameAn update, never received my W-2 form from them ??, had to contact the IRS and gave them 10 days and yet still no response

Very good school for my children

Upon looking around for a place that my kids could feel at home; I came across this beautiful learning center and have never regretted discovering this place. All the teachers are caring, loving and engaging. Mrs. Melba is one of a kind. She actually goes all out for the kids and gives the kids attention as needed. Her love and passion for the things she does is overwhelming. Look no further other than L’il Village learning center, if you considering a daycare for your kids.

When my son Jonathan started to crawl, I couldn't take him to work anymore so I was on a quest to look for a daycare that will take care of him like I do and I am so glad that I found that at Li'l village daycare. Their kindness, acceptance and wonderful care is so comforting and gives me the peace of mind when I'm at work. Thank you superhero Ladies for all you do. We are so blessed to be part of li'l village beautiful family. We are gratefuland yes, you are our superheroes

From day one, it's been a truly fantastic experience.One of the best aspects of this center is how it feels safe and comforting, almost like a second home. When I take my daughter to her class, I have absolutely no worries. This peace of mind is invaluable to any parent.The center's curriculum and daily schedule are nothing short of awesome. The structured activities throughout the day, including morning dance, educational programs, and fun events, provide a nurturing and enriching environment for my daughter.The use of an app for hourly updates and photos is a fantastic feature. It's heartwarming to receive these updates, providing a window into my child's day and allowing me to be a part of their experiences. It's a clear indication of the center's commitment to keeping parents informed and involved.I also find great comfort in knowing that all employees are properly vetted and attentive to every child's needs. When I drop her off and pick her up, I can see firsthand how well they are cared for, and that brings me immense peace of mind.I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for this exceptional childcare center. Two of our children have been in lil village for the last 2 years & we can’t thank enough how they treat our kids. The teachers & the owners are so friendly, we always felt that our kids are happy & felt like home.Lil village is a healthy environment, great education, loving atmosphere & family centered.Keep up the good work.

My cousins kid went here and they were very inconsistent. Kids need consistency and they are firing good workers who treat the kids so well. The kid in my family built a connection with one worker in particular and where did she go? She definitely didn’t leave willingly because she used to talk to my cousin regularly about how well her daughter was doing and everything she looked forward to. Treat your employees better. FOR THE CHILDREN.
