Yesterday we went for dinner in this restaurant where the food is always amazing and delicious. However, I was hugely disappointed with two obnoxious youngsters at the counter. They are serving food while giggling wildly making us wonder if us customers are being laughed at or they did something unhygienic to our food. It was really inappropriate behavior making us very uncomfortable. I understand they are young but if they are so unprofessional and immature, they shouldn’t be allowed to work in a restaurant where families come to eat. In all fairness, the food was awesome.

Tomo the young server with the shaggy hair has no manners and is very rude. He talked to me like I was a dog and I don't appreciate this younger generation with absolutely no manners you wouldn't think he was working for tips with his lackluster additude been coming to this place since it opened but I will not be back beware!!!! Customer service is awful!!

They've upped their game. Veggie pho is wonderful, as are the sautéed vegetables with crispy noodles.

I was very intrigued by this place since they had both pho AND banh mi. I had both and I think they were fine, but probably below average compared to other places I've been to. For me, since I don't eat Vietnamese food that often, I find it much better to just stop by Eden center when in northern VA. There you can get the best pho, banh mi and whatever else you want in the same area.

I haven't been to this restaurant for a couple of years but unfortunately the soup has changed too much without flavor and the chicken is very thick and hard unfortunately this is the last time I eat there

Good pho with clean broth (not as complex in flavors as better ones). The onion and green onion slices were lazy which was frustrating. The meat content was perfect though. Would come back but hope that at least the garnishes are cut properly next time.
