Pho & Grill Gaithersburg

Have been eating here 1 time a week for pass 7 months. More expensive then most Pho restaurants in the area ,but aways good so not mide paying a little more. Today the meat portion where less then 1/2 the normal. Asked the waiter about this he agreed and said he would talk to the cook . No more was said . You have just lost a loyal customer. The pho here is absolutely comforting the broth has that rich, deep flavor that takes hours to get right, and they clearly put the time in. It’s not greasy, just super clean and fragrant with the star anise and spices. I also tried the grilled pork with vermicelli and it tasted just like the way my mom used to make it. For me, as someone who grew up with this food, I can say with confidence: it’s 5/5.

Had a really good tasting sandwich. I usually go for the Pho soup. Nice place with much better service than a lot of other more expensive restaurants.

Never had to write a review until now, came here over the weekend for a good dinner and left disappointed! First the food is not the greatest as it was before , pho is oily and they dont give a good portion for the price of 15$!!! Then charge a ridiculous amount of EXTRA servings of meat, which i shouldnt be paying if they wouldve gave me a good amount the first place. The basil had brown spots all around them indicating the basil was bad. Don't get me started with the spring rolls, they were half burnt and for almost $8, its ridiculous. 2nd the servers disappointing, the waitress who served me, the girl with long black hair took my order with an attitude and never came back, she was busy talking with the other server. They were too busy in their own world, instead of doing their job and attend the customers!!!! I found a hair in my bowl of pho but couldnt get the servers attention, i gave up in eating paid my bill and left. If they cant do their job, why work here!!! Ive been coming here for a very long time the waitress with the pink hair and the guy with glasses ALWAYS make my time at this place worth it, but unfortunately with my bad experience looks like the owners of this place gave up. I cant stand by this establishment no more, food went downhill and servers went downhill. Never coming here again.

I used to love coming to this restaurant until the staff ruined the establishment. rude young women who don't even bother coming to your table to help, The staff are on their phones & distracted and you have to get up to get their attention. The pho is always great but the atmosphere has gone down hill.

I came last night and the food was incredible. The pho is so flavorful, they give alot of meat and noodles unlike any pho places ive tried. Every time i come in, i am always served by the same girls, so nice and attentive, ive been knowing them years now since 2021 when i discovered this place. No other pho place comes close to this pho place!!!

Love this place!! Ive been coming here for years!! Best pho place, the pricing is on the most expensive side but its worth it. Its such a lovely place to come and eat with your family the music is great the staff are great and nice makes you feel so welcome, definitely recommend people to come here!!!

I came in on monday and the bigger lady with short hair was beyond rude to me and my daughter she had an attitude while taking my order , seemed like she was more interested in talking to her ally. The food was ok but , the service was terrible will not be back again !

Last night we came there at 8.20pm . The closing is 9pm.. they are telling us no more dine in. People in this place are all lazy.. service in zero..much better close your business..nothing will happen if your staff are like that.

I found this place like a hidden gem inside a sopping center. I walked in super clean ..well I love Pho, I’ve learned how to make pho cause I love Pho, so I’ve been to many different Pho restaurants throughout the years…I’m a senior citizen. Best Pho on the planet … I know how to make bone broth , know every ingredient and this is by far authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I will drive a 25 min drive to get this pho…. Oh yeaaa

I drove 40 minutes to order my daughter's favorite food, 7:30 pm and they told me they were already closing, Google says 9 pm closed, what a disappointment.

Loved their bubble tea but I don't know what happened it just doesn't tell good anymore and to add to that they made the cup smaller

I ordered a classic cold cut banh mi. There was a strong and strange smell. I took the red meat out since it was stinky.... I did not feel safe eating it, I think it was spoiled.
The rest was ok besides the pickle veggie had a strong smell
