Fairly new location right off the main road. Love how comfy the leather chairs were and the long table in the middle is a nice addition. Staff is friendly and attentive. Drinks came out quickly and they have a drive through

My home Starbucks is the crown location and I must say from the moment I entered this location I felt more at home. We were greeted by every single staff member with a smile. I'm So impressed keep up the great work!!! Thank you. Kudos to the manager shows you have amazing leadership.

Best starbucks in gaithersburg. the baristas here are so sweet and kind, every morning when i come through, my order is always correct and my food is always fresh and warm! this is my favorite starbucks to come to and i will never go to another!

Our barista Jessica aka Shan was energetic & hilarious. Our drinks were great and food was delicious and great temp! We did drive thru so I can't say how it is if you go in but they were quick and made sure we had everything before 'rushing' us off like most places do.

The employees are usually very sweet but they as of recently keep closing the drive thru because there’s “not enough people working” lol not really convenient especially w the weird parking lot situation. maybe hire more people so employees don’t get overwhelmed and put up a sign to block the drive thru when there’s 4 people waiting to be served in said drive thru. very rude and inconvenient.

The worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks and I've been ordering Starbucks for 4 years. The fact that this experience happened on my birthday makes it 10x worse. If I had the option to rate this store below a 1 star, I would. One team member that goes by the name (Fej) told me "next time I decide to order 5 drives, I should come inside" while in the drive thru. Which is not the correct way to treat a loyal customer. If I was handicap, going inside the store to order 5 drinks requires a lot of time and energy. After that situation, I asked for the supervisor and the supervisor (Diarra) did not apologize and/or talk to the team member to correct her mistakes. This Starbucks is highly unprofessional, I would not recommend this Starbucks location to anyone. Lastly, Fej and Diarra should be terminated from Starbucks because they are not professional trained to work in Customer Service.
