The service is good and the food is good, I recommend.

The food was good and it seemed clean but the service was TERRIBLE. I was discriminated by the old lady working. She assumed my $20 was fake!! And that’s likely because I have a pink hair and I’m a student. She was confident it was fake even showed me the color, that supposedly proved it was fake!!! The audacity. Eventually she asked for the other worker’s opinion and he made her aware it was a REAL bill. Worst thing is neither of them apologized. But even after proving her wrong. NEVER returning to this subway. It’s a shame because I really love subway and it’s the closest to my school. TERRIBLE.

Love subway bc u cant possibly mess it up, but this location has bugs & gnats fly around, why can't these kind of ppl ever properly sanitize? It's a sign they dont appreciate their jobs or the customers. My first job was subway, the layout for cleaning and sanitation is FOOL - PROOF! Any lack of proper cleanliness is a sure sign of poor management & per-usual disregard for peoples health.

Ask for additional cheese and was told NO, not it will cost a little extra (no options were offered) just simply NO. I will never patronize here again and will NOT recommend to anyone else. Awful customer service!!!!!

Orderd for carry out more than an hour before close. The restaurant was put away. I ordered a fountain drink, they'd emptied the ice and then just shrugged when I asked for some.

Very good subway

One of the better Subways in the area. Well staffed, often 3 working at once as opposed to 2 or 1, and has 2 ovens to speed up order processing. Interior is modern and clean too.

Never answers phone.

Brought 3 cookies and they were stale

I just came from this Subway in Montgomery Village, and I'll never go back. The customer service was god-awful atrocious. When I came into the restaurant at 8:25PM, Patty gave a hard sigh to indicate she didn't want any more customers. When I told her my order, she responded with "uyyy", then she proceeded to tell her co-worker in Spanish that, "these people are so inconsiderate coming in before we close."

Your sandwich shop closes at 9:00PM. If you don't like people coming in 35 minutes before closing, either change your hours, lock the front door early, go home, or, better yet, just find a new job. Patty was so incredibly awful and miserably. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst.

I'll never come back. Absolutely repulsive. I will say the sandwiches were very good though, but that doesn't even matter at this point.
