I don’t expect much from a Dunkin’, but I at least expect to receive what I paid for! Placed an order through Uber Eats and they got just about every donut wrong. The driver even caught it, but they told her to deliver it anyway and have me file a complaint through the app instead of just fixing it right there. I have no idea how this could even happen other than from pure laziness. I’d give zero stars if possible.

Slow when even though I used the kiosk fruit flies were in the doughnut case I was in a rush so I didn’t want to get into it with the dude who had an attitude. Service was terrible the young lady serving the coffee was the only pleasant person in the building.

I will NEVER come back here ever again. Not worth it. I asked for a Chai Tea Latte but because we want to laugh and joke behind the counter we can't pay attention to ensure we are listening to a customers order. Therefore I did not receive a Chai Tea Latte, I received a Matcha Latte. That's not even close. No professionalism, this job is a joke for everyone working there, a junky sitting at the table talking to her self, no focus, no efficiency and not a single employee with a care.

These people who work here at this Dunkin' Donuts came by at 3:00 and asked for 3 coffees. It took them more than 15 minutes and they gave me chocolate. These people talk and don't serve the customers.

Well, I ordered 2 lattes ...1 hour 20 mins before closing. Staff complained to me b/c they cleaned the espresso machine and asked me to just get drip instead. I ask for a refund they denied it, b/c they need a manager and none were available. They asked again staring me down to just get drip (which I paid more for a latte). 20 mins later got the drinks I ordered in the wrong size (smaller) and without a straw. Yeah your Dunkin is a NO for me forever.
Rat infestation, yesterday went outside by the dumpster and saw 30 rats!!!!! Holes where they burrowed all over the property. You think they aren't inside too... Lol will be back to take photos this week, hopefully they call someone now to take care of it NOW
