I was really looking forward to our meal from Aladdin Sizzler, but unfortunately, this experience was a letdown. We ordered two pizzas, both of which arrived with thin crust despite us specifically ordering regular crust.
To make matters worse, both pizzas were significantly burnt, which really overpowered the flavor. It's disappointing to receive the wrong preparation and then have it overcooked on top of that. We usually enjoy the food here, but this order definitely missed the mark.

Placed an order for delivery two weeks ago. Order never arrived. I called that evening and no one answered so I went to the location in person and it was closed. Every time I call to get a refund since that evening, no one answers the phone. Went to the location two more times in person during business hours but they were closed. Called their DC location. They told me to call the manager and gave me a number. That number just rings. Google won't let me leave zero stars.

Just went back today after the store got burnt down 2 years ago and i must say aladdin sizzler is top tier and coming back with a boom. i ordered 2 pizzas a gyro and a kabob platter and was satisfied with all of it. 100/10 would recommend.
My sister brought me here for a jumbo slice and I love it. Quality ingredients and I shall return ?
