Went there this past weekend and tried them for the first time!!! Was greeted soon as I walked in. A tough bag lady that was waiting for her order said I had to try the seafood Mac and cheese and she wasn’t wrong. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 The good brother running the store also let me try a few other sides. All were amazing so I had to choose but I wanted to try all of them. I got the vegan drumettes, with the vegan ribs, seafood Mac and cheese and the collard greens. All tasted AMAZING!!!! I also ordered the mint tea and the ginger tea. Amazing. This was the Newark, De location on Main Street. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for hospitality and the great food.
Will not be ordering from the MD - District Heights location again. Ordered Mac/cheese and they didn’t have any. Order candied yams and didn’t receive. They sent kale salad instead.
Ordered via Uber Eats and literally everything was terrible — the Mac and cheese, lasagna, mushrooms, drinks, and sandwich. Even the fries were soggy. PLEASE do better. 🙏🏿 We need good vegan restaurants. Please use this review as feedback to do BETTER.

I am elated to have found this gem of a place where my family can get top shelf healthy options for our culinary wants and needs. The food is always delicious and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Swing by and make your life better. Bring your smile and rest assured one will be waiting for you as well.

The collard greens are sooo tender & good. I could have had a big bowl of them & been satisfied. Normally, I don't enjoy cauliflower "chicken." However, the General TSO Cauliflower (particularly the sauce) was delicious!

Originally came in here with my family specifically for collard greens, a Hispanic woman ( for reference purposes, unfortunately I didn’t get the workers name) told us that we’re not serving collards today and would have them tomorrow. Sure no problem, we ordered something else. Now I’m sure the woman was expecting us to leave after eating but we took our time and stayed grounded very well after finishing our food. Now about an hour after ordering and eating our food, a woman comes in and asks if they have collard greens; the Hispanic woman says yes. Obviously the right thing to do was confront the worker, which my man did, and she had zero remorse. We mentioned that she told us they were out til tmrw, she says with zero remorse and apathy “well they’re here now do you want them or not?” Excuse me, woman you just lied and you’re not taking any accountability. The woman who received the collards said “are you willing to give them some free on the side or something?” The worker says “no” with a sour nasty tone. It was disgraceful. This employee single handedly ruined the integrity of this business for me. I will not be returning.

You don't have to be vegan to eat here. You just have to love flavor. This has to be easily one of my favorite vegan day hot spots, whether you in the mood for deserts or one of the tastiest chicken alternatives Dodah's is sure to have something to excite your palate. Eat here for healthy good eats. It's good enough you might forget about meat for awhile. Limited spacing inside and limited parking
Vegetarian options: Vegan wings, cheese less Mac and cheese, cake
Dietary restrictions: Vegan
Wheelchair accessibility: I think it's wheelchair accessible don't remember a step but it's difficult to maneuver with inside. Due to limited space.

First time visiting the location! The service was good the person working was very polite and apologized for not having their #1 item the Drummies. I asked if they were making more and he informed me that he was waiting for his boss to respond to his text about not having drummies. Mind you this was at 1:21pm on a Sunday. This is unacceptable!

Not bad, my go to for fast pick up. I don’t recommend ordering online. They often run out of stuff so I show up having to replace items. The food is a little salty and can be little under seasoned. But the portion sizes are great, and really satiating.
I used to rave about this place but lately it’s become high blood pressure central. The last. Couple of meals I purchased there were just way too salty. This is the District Heights location I’m referring to. May have to either try the other location in Mt. Rainier or try their food sold at Mom’s Organic Market. This is unfortunate.
