Food is very good, the owner and looks like his mom runs a great clean facility. Not a place to sit and eat, but they have a few tables. They cater also.

The owners were soooo sweet! They literally have everything on you can think of. I had the Yaroa and as a Dominican I 100% approve literally taste just like the one from DR. Authentic Dominican food and made fresh.

I actually got treated to these by a friend. I buy her food when we head out to a restaurant, so she did so this time. I took this picture from the 2023 Festival del Rio Anacostia (Anacostia River Festival) in Bladensburg, MD.These are the best empanadas I've probably had! I had the beef and chicken ones. Crispy crunchy shell and flavorful stuffing. The line was long at some points in the afternoon. So it had a popular turn out.I may head to the festival if the entrance is better handled because it's infamous it's HARD to access the part because there's no turn light and several lanes to pass to turn into the park (coming from across the street.)

As much as I would love to keep this restaurant to myself, I have decided to do some good to the community and share this amazing place!Pros:This is some of the best Dominican food I’ve had! Was helped out by Dani and he was so kind and patient. My friend said she wasn’t expecting that much of a portion was really enjoyed it. I had oxtail, rice and beans and maduros.Only con was not finding in sooner!

This is my kinda place: family owned, friendly service, and tasty dishes cooked with attention to detail. Probably the best Dominican food I've had in our county. The beef empanada was flakey and crisp without being dry, and the yucca was similarly done - lightly fried without being either too greasy or too dry. Near perfect. Hot bar with several choices of different fried rice, beef stew, chicken stew, catfish, oxtail, etc. The chicken stew was fantastic: flavorful without being too spicy or overwhelming. I plan on going back and trying everything on the menu!
