After years of anticipation, we finally dined at Pennyroyal—and we’re left wondering why we waited so long. The culinary experience was exceptional, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The cocktails were impeccably crafted, striking a perfect balance. A standout highlight: their happy hour features a remarkably priced $10 Old Fashioned, a rare find in today’s dining scene.

Pennroyal is the classy neighborhood spot that you need in your life. The music was subtle in the background, but top-tier! The food was simply delicious, clean, tasty, and well done. The prices were palatable and not too crazy. Excluding the owner's hands on touch with white glove treatmenat, the service was good. But, the wait staff has a little room for growth with service etiquette. This place definitely has a good, chill vibe.

I finally got around to checking them out and they did not disappoint. Maybe five minutes after we were seated a steady stream of people started arriving so you could tell it is a neighborhood favorite. We started out by ordering a combo and the mac and cheese with brisket and bone marrow. The price of the combo is excellent and that mac and cheese...that mac and cheese is a must order. I got the fried chicken sandwich and my friend ordered the chicken pot pie. Both were excellent....
