It's always a winner. Quick short stop for a fish fry, gets busy cause it's good. I finally had the fried oyster crispy golden brown on the outside juicy and tender on the inside.
$14.90 all in for a large seafood platter with scallop, shrimp, fish, crab cake, clam, potatoes, and coleslaw. Solid deal and pretty tasty overall. Not greasy or too heavy on the breading. Can see why this place has lasted as long as it has.

Arrived here at 7:14pm on Monday night and they had just pulled down the metal gate to close. I asked the worker why does it say online that they close at 9pm. He keep saying “7:30, 7:30, 7:30” as if i couldn’t hear him. Very rude and it’s 7:14pm not 7:30pm so I’m still confused as to why you’ll are closed?!? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. That alone was a major turn off for me and i will not be back.

they need to update there business hours on their signs and website that they close early on certain days and thought i was giving another since the last time i had their food was horrible never supporting this business ever again a former customer

My go-to spot for fresh, cooked seafood! Been going to Potomac for quite a while. The fish is fresh (pulled from the ice right in front of you) and cooked while you wait. I usually order a rockfish sandwich or croaker. Not over breaded, fried to perfection. The seasoning is very light, so you can add whatever else you want without it becoming too salty. Be smart and call in your order and it will be waiting for you, nice and hot!
