Been here a few times - mainly for the food and some tip jars, but never been here when it has been really packed or an event going on so I can't speak to that type of experience. Had the steamed shrimp on my last trip- choosing all vegetables for the sides with the mixeds and straight corn. The shrimp was good - had a nice seasoning on it and the mixed vegetables were very good. Being an outdoor club expect cheap drinks, stiff mix ratios and some hometown warm company. Really like the food, and if it were up to me- i would check yes rather than no as a destination for good food at a place you wouldn't expect.

First off, the bartender here, Kiya, she gets you going! Best barkeep around this side of savage. She's a certified chef in her 9-5, and they keep her tucked away here at night and weekends. Try it, but don't forget to ring the doorbell. Also, don't get too involved. It's pretty clique -y here.
