The Iron Rail diner is fantastic. Great food and good prices. All of there specials should be tried and not much more expensive than a fast food meal. if you are in the area or passing through this is a place you need to try.

First time visiting here today. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it was great! It made me feel like I had having lunch/dinner at my Grandma's house (in a good way!)You won't leave hungry! The homemade cake is fantastic! We got the Chocolate Devils Food with white frosting... Just fantastic..We will definitely be going back!
Great stop for lunch while on the GAP. Food is fresh cooked and still served at pre Biden prices. Less than 5 minutes from the GAP at Patty Baker Road and 10 minutes back to the GAP from town.

Stopped with 12 friends and was able to get seated right away. Heather was our server and did a fantastic job. She told us able the specials and brought our drinks quickly.Food was fast as well. Combination of hot roast beef sandwiches, personal pan pizza and french toast - breakfast is served all day!!!!!Great visit, great food and again Heather was fantastic.

Quite little restaurant in Mount Savage,MD. Very friendly, fast service. Food is good home cooked. Very well priced,Very clean. Dessert is to die for. Bought the banana cake, so moist and delicious. We will be going back even though it’s about a 40 minute drive for me one way. Well worth it.
