This is my normal location I frequent but I normally place mobile orders. Today I needed a special request for my drink, so I went into the store. I was attempting to prep for the storm and I wanted my Iced Brown Sugar with honey blends w/o ice for Monday. Tamika and Ariyana made sure it was made correctly! Pedro (manager) and his staff mentioned above were so sweet! They were all professional and sweet people. Pedro is the best!! Thank you so much for helping me 😊

Almost a 30-minute wait just for drinks, with extremely slow service. Even after telling the staff, nothing changed. People who came in after me got their drinks first while I was still waiting. Very disappointing experience.

I just want to share that the baristas working tonight Matt, James & Hershey were phenomenal. I used to be a partner and know the stress they experienced this evening... and they were calm, collected, professional & friendly. The greeted everyone who walked in, drinks were perfect, and they were just so extremely nice. Thank you!

Ordered a hot chocolate, from the first looked fine with foam on the top, but it tasted horrible. A cocoa powder was separated from milk, very very bitter and I couldn’t drink it. Also I could feel a strong smell of chlorine cleaning liquid from the floor. Seems like they washed it with over-concentrated liquid.

This store associates are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I called them they said the store will be closed at 9 pm but we can order before closing time. Then when we arrived at 8:57pm, the door were closed and two of them waving at us goodbye with rude and angry expressions on their face while there are still a bunch of people inside. It happened at 6/26/2025.
