This location is the reason I stopped getting Belisimo's. Until I moved to Westminster. The difference is notably remarkable... I couldn't get enough of everything they have on the menu at the Pennsylvania ave, Westminster store... New Windsor should train thier employees at the Westminster location

He’s very disrespectful and they when I was in there eating they decided to go in the back and not come out to see how I was doing if I needed anything else, and I was waiting out front to order something else and I could see them in the back the corner of my eye making out

The manager tall blonde woman was very nasty when I approached the counter on a Saturday very rude to the employees even arguing at one point doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and the drivers work hard for very little pay get rid of her the place would feel much more relaxed and pleasant

Very rude lady at counter use to seeing a normal young men who I was told no longer works there very unfortunate was outstanding with me and other customers every time I came I believe his name was Mike I ordered a pizza I could right away the cook has changed order wasn't correct and pizza was soggy won't be back do to pure service rude lady and food quality Mike if that was name will truly be missed unfortunate to see the change

I wanted to leave a review because not only is the food good and the value excellent, but the customer service is wonderful. I just placed an order, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind. Then I realized that every time we have had an interaction with someone at Belisimos, it has been pleasant, so I might as well leave a review.
