is this a cheese or neopolitan pizza?? my bf and i ordered a 12 inch thin crust neopolitan pizza and we got a cheese pizza. nothing about this pizza is neopolitan. if i wanted a cheese pizza, and if i wanted to save some money, i would’ve ordered a cheese pizza. a 12 inch neopolitan pizza being $13 w/ tax is crazy as is. not only that but we ordered online, got a text with the pickup time, the tracker said it was ready, went there to pick it up, and our order wasn’t even started. so then we had to wait a while. at that point, what’s even the point of ordering online? the inside is also cramped and there weren’t many seats, definitely not enough to accommodate for the people having to wait for their orders.

We love it here. My husband is obsessed with the Bella’s special, it’s a huge Sicilian type pizza loaded with toppings. Their Grandma pizza is delish, they have a great sauce. I also love their Neapolitan style pizza too, crust is crispy with the perfect amount of chew to it. Slices are very foldable, iykyk. Portions are great, prices are reasonable. The staff is so warm, inviting and friendly. Highly recommend!

We used to order from here all the time but, this last time will be there last. We placed an large online order and when we got it back home, we realized they gave us a regular pizza, not the specialty pizza we ordered. We checked our receipt and saw that we were charged for the specialty pizza. So, we called them to let them know what happened and to ask for a refund of the difference. We were passed around to three different people, all giving us different excuses. When we finally were passed off to who we believe was the manager, he told us that it was our fault and that we ordered it wrong. When we told him our receipt is correct, he made yet another excuse that their ordering system messes up a lot. Finally, we got tired of hearing multiple different excuses and we hung up. The owner then decided to text us, since they had our cell phone number from their online ordering service, and continued to give us even more excuses as to why our order was wrong. We have never had this kind of treatment from any kind of restaurant before and will not be ordering from them anymore. Making multiple different excuses as to why you messed up a customer’s order, then texting them with more excuses is beyond unprofessional and immature.

From the moment I called, the service was absolutely top-notch!! The employee was friendly and sounded kind. When my son and I arrived, he continued being helpful and called me by my first name. (Bonnie) The food was yummy, and my family enjoyed their dinner.

Place is cute and clean. Staff was friendly but I was definitely forgotten about and put behind regulars. I waited 40 mins for a mealy undercooked pie while people cane in 20 mins after me was served before and they put the orders in right in front of me. All I wanted was onion rings for myself and they were grossly undercooked and cold so they made those right away and let them sit forever and get cold. Never again the food was just horrible complete waste of $ and time.
