It's amazing how you could be having a very good day, only to deal with fast food workers and they nasty attitudes and lack of customer service turns your mood around. The person who took my order through the drive thru sounded annoyed, fine. The person at the first window couldn't take my payment tells me to go to the next window, fine. I pay at the next window the girl never brings my receipt, fine I assume it will be on the bag. The girl brings me the cups no cup holder even though I have 3 drinks. She disappears again, someone gives me my drinks. I wait about 5-10 for my food. I let them know I'm missing some of my order. They say "what size" I ask for my receipt I'm told "you should have gotten it at the 1st window" I inform them what happened. "Oh well we can't give you the receipt up here, there's nothing we can do" I ask for sauce they try and charge me. I tell them I ordered chicken nuggets and chicken fries. They give me 1 sauce. I ask for more. With attitude and looking annoyed (cause they have a reason to be annoyed) they give me 1 more then slam the window. Never again will I spend my money with this BK. Food was cold considering how long I waited it shouldn't have been cold. I can only assume they up charged me for cheese even though I didn't ask for it. Smh

I was in town with my daughter to see the eclipse that day. I watched the manager on duty provide outstanding customer service and prevent a potential difficult situation with an elderly customer. I watched it unfold like it was going to be a train wreck and the manager handled it amazingly. The elderly customer left satisfied and I doubt anyone else in the dining area was even aware. All of the staff were professional and courteous, food was quick and filling and the bathrooms were clean. Nice small town BK from back in the day. Kudos to the manager and staff at 2:30pm that day! We drove up from Pittsburgh to see the eclipse and had a wonderful time in North East!

Order is usually correct and the service is almost always way better than any other place in the area. Cold and old fries happen often however and the pic attached is what you get when you ask for extra onions which is kind of ridiculous.
