Fairly new location. Place was very clean and the servers were friendly (I came about 15 minutes after they opened, on a weekday). Food was fresh and delicious. I got a Bowl, and ate half of it for lunch and the other half for supper (it was a large serving)

The chips are always stale and chewy, the meat is dry and it is very rare to have anyone who doesn't just throw everything in the bowl haphazardly or roll a burrito that stays together. nobody is happy and the food shows. Chipotle is a garbage bag and this location is the trash.

Usually love chipotle and have ordered hear so many times on DoorDash with no prior issues except like a missing tortilla or chips. This time? The first time I order while pregnant? There’s a long piece of a scrubbing Brillo pad or something that I have to pull out of my throat. I can’t stop gagging and crying because I don’t know how dirty what I ate is, if I ate others without knowing, and if it’s gonna go further and potentially hurt my babies. Be very careful with this chipotle and steer clear for your own health and safety.

Absolute kudos to the team today. As I come here it's consistently up to standard. But, today fully exceeded the standard. Had a craving for the carne asada with the Adobe ranch, pulling in the parking was packed, 6-8 cars in the drive thru line and a couple state highway trucks. I anticipated a looooong wait. When I walked in it was absolute controlled chaos. Every team member had their area and expertly working it. As busy as they were I still found myself through the line with fresh food, and sat at a clean table as quick as any other time. Additionally with the main line the to-go sounded like a streamlined factory pumping out meals and look back to realize one person was running that while the manager was bouncing all around helping where she could to keep a smooth flow. All while Respectfully addressing unhappy customers, albeit as unrealistic as they were and understanding they were not. She effectively kept the energy positive and healthy. On top of all the the dining area is maintained very well and the service/drink station stocked.

Kudos to this team for displaying a great example of a hard working, efficiently run and expertly lead team.

What happened to this location!? Yall were on point now yall don’t care. Clearly. Came in n there had to be 4-5 employees bundled up together while this one Chick was actually doing her job. Place was a mess! Hire me I’ll show you how it’s done! Won’t be back. It’s gross n can’t stop thinking is my food too??

The staff member serving the line, who I later learned is the manager appeared visibly overwhelmed and disengaged. I asked a few basic questions about the food, and her responses were short, dismissive, and lacking any courtesy. Despite remaining polite and respectful, I was met with unnecessary attitude and a clear lack of customer service.

When I reached the register, she rang me up and walked away without offering a receipt, asking if I wanted any sides or a drink for the kids’ meal, or confirming the details of my order. I had to approach another employee for assistance, which is when I was told she was the manager something that made the experience even more disappointing.

To make matters worse, the food looked like it had been sitting out for some time (the steak was dry and the chips were stale), and when I asked for brown rice instead of white, she seemed visibly annoyed.

This visit left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the importance of professionalism and customer care at this location.

Went Sunday the food bar was filthy with food mixed up from spilling and beans smeared the length of the preparation area. Looked disgusting we walked out it was very disappointing because it will be a long time until I go back.
