ordered my emergency pizza which turned out great but put no tip on the app as i had little money on card (had 10$ cash to tip him) but when he arrived i was watching thru my camera he throws my soda on the ground and drops my pizza from about 4 feet messing it up on the inside. now granted i realize it said no tip on the app but that’s no reason to treat your customers like this. this will most likely be the last time i order from this dominos because of drivers like joseph. this incident occurred at 12/15/24 @9:15pm will be calling the store to complain about this but figured id share my experience

I used to only get Dominos pizza when i was in or around the Elkton location because, quite frankly; the North East location was shit. Last night i gave them another go and was beyond impressed with food quality and service. Even got a free pizza! I dont know how, but at this point they have the Elkton location beaten! Great job on the 360' turnaround guys n' gals, keep up the good work; your efforts definately stand out. Thank you for allowing me the option to order delicious and affordable pizza close to home.

I shouldn’t even have any stars The dam delivery driver left two large pizzas on my door step no phone call or knock like what and it’s been raining I’ve never had no problem until today I get a delivery every month due to babysitting and we have our special Fridays with pizza for the past 5 months and this will be it for me

It is such a pleasure to go to the store in North East. The workers are extremely courteous! They provide a professional and friendly atmosphere. It’s refreshing to see employees who care about their work and treat their customers with the utmost respect. The pizza is great too - but the workers are old school polite. Great job!!

Tonight we watched our order/delivery driver sit at Wawa parking lot till he had 2 mins to be here...this is what we received as a Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots! It literally looks like he chilled and ate half my husband's dinner! When he got here my husband asked him why it took so long...dude said he had another delivery?!? My husband was like How can you be driving when I watched you leave your store and pull in to another store and sat!!! On the 2 minutes mark you (driver/car) all the sudden started moving, and my stuff is cold I can feel no heat at all! The look on dudes face was priceless ? ? because he was busted! Good to know that the GM Kevin cares so much for his customer and their service, beings he didn't have time to take the compliant seriously, and sent his staff back to the phone to basically say oh well sorry for what happened, you want new food?!? Why would I want new food so the same driver can get the other half???? Come on businesses do better ?????⬆️⭕️????
