Previously, I had a good experience with ordering here, This is my third time ordering delivery, and I waited 3 hours before calling a second time asking for an update on my delivery. I was told my delivery appeared to already be delivered. I had been waiting close to the door, so i knew that wasn't true. It took them a while to realize that apparently, due to the locations, they had deleted my order without calling me or letting me know. Even though they have been delivering to my house over the past several months, they are now unable to deliver to my house. The only redeeming part here was the night managers who kept calm even when I didn't. It would have been nice to get some kind of heads up that my order was canceled a few hours ago. Now we are eating a can of soup at almost 10:00 pm, We ordered at 6:30.

Store made a small mistake with my order. Telephoned store and manager immediately offered to give me three free pizzas to fix my order. I advised the manager I only needed one cheese pizza. Went back to store to get my order and was surprised to learn that the manager had prepared a large pizza and a media pizza anyway! It was delightful to see old fashion customer service and pride in what you do!

They were superstars! Everyone there was working their tails off. The food on point. And fresh and hot. Even tho it was a little of a wait. Watching them work was a blessing. The manager should be most proud. The team was in sync!

ordered my emergency pizza which turned out great but put no tip on the app as i had little money on card (had 10$ cash to tip him) but when he arrived i was watching thru my camera he throws my soda on the ground and drops my pizza from about 4 feet messing it up on the inside. now granted i realize it said no tip on the app but that’s no reason to treat your customers like this. this will most likely be the last time i order from this dominos because of drivers like joseph. this incident occurred at 12/15/24 @9:15pm will be calling the store to complain about this but figured id share my experience

I used to only get Dominos pizza when i was in or around the Elkton location because, quite frankly; the North East location was shit. Last night i gave them another go and was beyond impressed with food quality and service. Even got a free pizza! I dont know how, but at this point they have the Elkton location beaten! Great job on the 360' turnaround guys n' gals, keep up the good work; your efforts definately stand out. Thank you for allowing me the option to order delicious and affordable pizza close to home.

I shouldn’t even have any stars The dam delivery driver left two large pizzas on my door step no phone call or knock like what and it’s been raining I’ve never had no problem until today I get a delivery every month due to babysitting and we have our special Fridays with pizza for the past 5 months and this will be it for me

It is such a pleasure to go to the store in North East. The workers are extremely courteous! They provide a professional and friendly atmosphere. It’s refreshing to see employees who care about their work and treat their customers with the utmost respect. The pizza is great too - but the workers are old school polite. Great job!!
